I give up. The mop has never worked properly from new. Useless. The spray, if it works at all, is barely a trickle for the first few pulls of the trigger then nothing at all. Googling reveals this is the usual state of affairs with these, and even others' tips of removing then replacing the cleaning-liquid bottle, and even using a pin in the nozzle makes no difference at all. Check the dismal reviews on Amazon and dont expect any help from Bona. I am not alone...Piece of junk.

The Bona floor mop does not pick up dirt and dust, just moves it around. Have to push the dirt into a pile and pick it up with a cloth or tissue to finish the job.

Had two of these bona floor mops and are not cheap compared to others, both have a design defect where one the bottle been out to refill couple of times no longer seat in the base and won’t spray right, had to tape in or force down so please don’t buy got a cheap version and it’s worked fine since.

I often say the only way to find out how good a product is, is when you have a problem you soon find how good the company is. Well we had a problem with our mop refill bottle. I contacted Bona customer service and in a flash they resolved the problem. 💯% excellent service 👏👏👏👏👏

I recently had my parquet floors redone and decided to use Bona lacquer based on strong recommendations from the handymen. However, after living with it for 60 days, I’m extremely disappointed with the product. It constantly looks dirty, and it scratches with the slightest touch. The finish is so sticky that even my dining chairs get stuck, making it nearly impossible to slide them. When I raised my concerns, a representative from the factory came to inspect the floor but insisted that everything was fine. My advice? Avoid this product and opt for something else to save yourself the frustration.

Would love to say that this was a good product.
Started going wrong within the first few months of owning it - liquid wouldn't trigger. Was asked to take a film of it going wrong (really?!), otherwise they couldn't help. Couple of months later, the head started falling off as the ball mechanism is not strong enough. And NOW!!!! I can't even get the bottle out without a fight as it keeps getting stuck.
Given two stars as it's quick and easy but in terms of LONG LASTING quality of product and the mistrust from their customer service, I would say spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of other (good quality) mops like this on the market (take note Bona!)

I bought a Bona Mop through Amazon Prime. However, there was a fault which meant that the mop couldn’t be used. It was just outside the returns date but phone Bona to see if something could be done. I sent proof of purchase and pictures of the fault and without argument, I was sent a new mop through the post. That’s what I call customer service that’s second to none.

Bought the mop via Amazon. It came with a faulty bottle but eventually Bona have admitted that they had a faulty batch of bottles, sent me a replacement and that works well

I had an older version of the spray mop, the refill cartridge is now obsolete, I called Bona UK and their technical and customer services departments resolved this free of charge and on the same day. Amazing customer service!
