Service client déplorable pour les commandes faites en ligne. J’ai fait une erreur d’adresse et les ai tout de suite (5 min apres le paiement) mais ils « ne peuvent rien faire ». Peu entendable pour une maison de luxe.
Très bonnes expériences en ligne et en boutique. Les collections sont merveilleuses.

Terrible experience.
I placed an order and before it got delivered, there are additional 15% off on the website, I sent email to them to add the additional discount to my order because I haven’t received it. They refused. I placed another order with them, there were three for two on skin products. Oddly they came separately, two items delivered and the third one(which is the free one) was rejected by UPS because it stated zero value. The third item was returned to Bonpoint by UPS. I sent email to bonpoint asking for this item, they said rest assured, they received my returned item. Holly shit, their customer service seemed did not understand English. And they did not reply me since then. Stupid stupid company.
Second hand coat Temaggie (value 595 euros) purchased on bonpoint vintage. Described as excellent condition. Very quickly shows extreme pilling. Customer service contacted because of non-conformity and defect guarantee. After several exchanges, customer service agreed to refund me for the return of the temaggie coat. To date, I'm still waiting for my refund (item received by Bonpoint on december 21th). Extremely disappointed by both the quality and the customer service.

My return parcel was tracked and lost and Bonpoint refused to refund me. They even sent me the wrong size on some items so I had to make a return. I am out of pocket over £400. Now they are ignoring me. Terrible, terrible customer service, the clothes are just not worth it. Quality is the same as Zara.

I ordered the whipped shampoo, bar soap and the $70 eau de toilette perfume for my daughter. I also added complementary free gift wrapping which was supposed to be included in my order since this was a gift for her. Instead what I received for such a high price tag, were items just thrown carelessly in a shipping box with absolutely no gift boxes or wrapping, and to add insult to injury, the perfume bottle had clearly been opened and used. The perfume box was not sealed and had stains on it. The whipped shampoo box was sealed but was dented up. What appalling service for such a high priced brand! I immediately sent the perfume back with the return label that was well before 11/4 which was when I wrote their customer service *again* about my experience. My advice is to never order from the website and instead order through a major retailer such as Nieman Marcus, Saks, etc because ordering directly from Bonpoint was an abysmal experience. I am highly disappointed!
