Still yet to receive additional strap and no communication from bonvier

I've purchased from bonvier in the past. Delivery wasn't as quick as advertised but it did arrive after 12-15 days.

I ordered an additional strap on the 23rd June after they announced they were back delivering world wide. Over a month later and I'm yet to receive my order, I've spoken to the shipping company and they have not received any product from Bonvier. I have sent 3 emails and I am yet to receive a reply.

I can now only strongly suggest this company is avoided at all cost, as it will cost. Its a shame as the watch is a decent build.

Orologio mai avuto dopo un mese

Ho ordinato un orologio Roma il 23 giugno e sebbene sul sito ci sia scritto che la spedizione per l'Italia impieghi 2-5 giorni ad oggi mi è stata inviata solo la mail di conferma dopo che si sono presi i soldi. Ho provato a scrivere una mail ma nessuna risposta. Ho provato a scrivere un commento su instagram chiedendo spiegazioni e l'hanno prontamente cancellato. Aggiornamento al 28 Luglio: dopo la recensione qui mi hanno finalmente risposto dicendo che ci sono dei ritardi per via della nuova proprietà. E' passato oltre un mese ed io non ho il mio orologio: fate voi le vostre valutazioni sulla professionalità dell'azienda in questione

Ordered a watch 10th of march

Ordered a watch 10th of march. 25th of june they emailed me claiming they are ”back in business”. Now a month later all I got is a tracking the order is in stockholm since 26th of june and have not moved any further. I cant recommend order from this company

After one mounth there is no replay…

After one mounth there is no replay from Bonvier, no delivery. I called to ups, dpd, dps and anybody haven't my delivery. I wrote 3 emails to Bonvier and nobody resent anything to me. This is awfull scam!

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I bought a watch a month ago and still haven’t received it. I tried to call them and their phone number is always unavailable, I wrote them a lot of emails, through Instagram, Facebook and NO ANSWER
I want my money back. Don’t buy anything there! It’s a SCAM

That’s funny! It should be me and all the other users reporting YOU, Bonvier.
I want either the watch I bought a month ago or my money back. This is unacceptable! So tired of this..

Delusione!!!

Ho fatto un ordine ad aprile e ovviamente non ho ricevuto alcun orologio. Quindi, stanca di aspettare, ho richiesto il rimborso ed ho inviato non so quante mail in cui chiedevo il rimborso e non ho ricevuto mai risposta.. Non so più come comportarmi, non siete per niente un'azienda affidabile. Vi sconsiglio assolutamente di comprare su questo sito

Shipment from Sweden , 1 month and still nothing..

Since the 22nd of June, my package is stationnary in SWEDEN.. Can't believe an UPS picking from Sweden takes so long ! The company does not answer any of my emails, nothing. Is this coming from Sweden or North Korea ??
I believe requesting a refund will end up the same, waiting for money for months.

BONVIER wake up and proceed with the shipment ! This might be the last wake up call for this company..

I sent them more emails no answer until now , i have placed my order and the only update thatbm i get is thatbm is shipped , nothing else. No tracking number no other info . I also tried to call and no answer . !! Very dissapointed !!!!

!!!!! If you have a problem due to the Covid-19 then inform the costumer before they place and order ! I still not get an email from you ! Send the order or the refund !!!

I don’t get it how can you make good reviews and still not answer to so many costumers that didn’t get an answer from you!

Estafa

Pedí un reloj en febrero y hoy a 20 de julio sigo sin recibirlo, han pasado 5 meses. Evidentemente por tema de covid, supuse que tardaría más. Pero una vez volvió a haber movimiento de transporte, debería haber llegado, pero nada. Encima la atención al cliente es nula porque no contestan a lo que preguntas, te envian correos tipo. Muy disgustado y con intención de proceder a denunciar

I placed an order in February and I am…

I placed an order in February and I am still waiting for my watch. As responses I receive only phrases like: „We will take care“. However they do nothing!
I was provided with a tracking code, which shows only the fact, that shipping is ordered, but nothing else’s changes.
I am very disappointed and can just advise everyone who is interested to purchase somewhere else!

So and even after the response of Bonvier, where they promise to get in touch with me, nothing happened. They even didn’t get in touch with me.

Never received order, tried to cancel, but never get an answer

I made an order nearly a month ago (21/6), have written to customer service several times, and get this answer the third time I wrote.

"Thank you for your request. You should have received shipping notification from our distribution through our partner Sendify. With tracking information. The recent weeks we have registered a lot of shipments that is getting processed. We are trying our best to clean up all mess from previous customers after being temporarily down in May.

I haven't received a shipping notification, and wrote that back 10 days ago, I have never received an answer on that. I have also tried to write and cancel the order, but I have never get an answer on that either :-(

This should be a graduation present for my son, I am angry and sad, that the company are providing such bad customer service.

Es ist mal wieder der 16 im Monat

Es ist mal wieder der 16 im Monat. Ich habe meine Bestellung Mitte April gemacht. Aber noch kein Produkt erhalten. Morgen ist meine Abi Vergabe, wofür ich die Uhr eigentlich haben wollte.

Freue mich auf eine weiter COVID-19 Antwort...
Erwarte dafür eigentlich eine Entschädigung aber mal schauen wann das Produkt ankommt. Weihnachten ist ja auch bald wieder.

Ho ordinato un orologio a febbraio, per due mesi interi non mi hanno fatto sapere nulla (nonostante la spedizione fosse garantita entro pochi giorni), mi è arrivato un messaggio ad Aprile in cui mi diceva che il mio orologio era stato spedito, orologio ovviamente mai arrivato. Poi c’è stata la faccenda del Covid e capivo che non potessero inviare nulla, anche se ormai erano già 2/3 mesi che avevo ordinato l’orologio; successivamente mi arriva una mail in cui mi informavano del cambio di gestione, quindi inizio a sperare che finalmente mi possano inviare l’orologio, dopo varie mail anche ai nuovi gestori non ricevo nulla di nulla, decido quindi di chiedere il rimborso chiedendo informazione via mail, saranno due settimane che non ricevo più nemmeno mail di risposta.
Se non possono inviarmi l’orologio, almeno che mi restituiscano i soldi.
