ORDER #10397 - NO ANSWER / NO INFO - NOTHING!!!
I have ordered a watch and I got only info that it's shipped but since that time I don't have any answer from that company. I have sent them request for more info yesterday and only got automatic answer - to many requests, response can take little bit longer - but since that I didn't get any answer. I've send them many e-mails but I didn't get answer anymore. Now I'm reading that comments and I think I've also lost my money. NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

I got answer that I will get some news by e-mail but only I got the same e-mail like by the first time. Who wants to make class action please let me know. I won't leave that. They are cheaters.

Still waiting!!

Ich habe meine Uhr am 25.04.2020 bestellt und sie ist immer noch nicht angekommen! Die Antworten, welche ich auf meine Anfragen bekomme, sind immer die gleichen und machen Covid-19 für die nicht ankommende Sendung verantwortlich. Ich bin es langsam satt! Cela fait plus de 3 mois que j’attend ma montre. En vain.
J’ai envoyé bien 5 mails à Bonvier. Mais 0 réponse évidemment.
Une commande de 80€ pour au final ne rien recevoir.
J’ai vu dans les commentaires précédent que apparemment bonvier répondait au mail de leurs consommateurs mais c’est faux. 3 mois 5 mails et 0 réponse même sur Instagram

Cette marque est un scandale

Cette marque est un scandale. Cela fait maintenant 6 MOIS que j'ai commandé une montre. Me faisant croire que le modèle était en rupture de stock, j'ai du en commander une autre contre remboursement de la première. Bien-sûr je n'ai pas été remboursée et je n'ai JAMAIS reçu aucune des deux montres commandées. À la place, je me retrouve avec 4 montres "gifts" qui ne me plaisent pas et que je n'ai pas commandées. A croire qu'elles ne valent finalement pas grand chose.
Ne JAMAIS commander chez eux, ce sont des escrocs. J'ai demandé une dernière fois ce matin qu'ils me remboursent des DEUX montres. Si ce n'est pas le cas, je les signale au service de consommateur européen.

As for your question within the EU it takes 2-5 days transit time with UPS Express after dispatch. It depends on the location.

👎 Moi aussi j'ai eu un retard de livraison (1mois), pour cela, contactez Bonvier sur insta pour mettre la pression, et si vous avez un problème.

👍 Esthétiquement c'est une très belle montre.
👍 Pour ma montre, 1 bracelet couleur or en plus de celui en cuire (ma montre est avec un tour or et centre bleu)

À fuir ! C'est un scandale. J'ai commandé une montre début mars !!! Sur 10 mails envoyés, 2 réponses seulement. C'est du blabla on n'y comprend rien et on ne me parle jamais d'une potentielle livraison. Je vais les dénoncer à 60 millions de consommateurs si je n'ai pas une date de livraison avant la fin de la semaine.

Don't buy from them

Ordered and paid for a watch from them on the 6th March. Told me it would be dispatched later that month. Watch has never arrived. Emailed them and was told there was a delay due to Covid 19. Then they told me UPS had returned their watches back to them and that they would be sent out again shortly. Still hasn't arrived, I chased them again and they said they had been taken over by new owners. Chased them again and again by email and now not replying. Website is currently unavailable.

Orologio omaggio. Originale mai arrivato

Ho ordinato ad inizio febbraio e, dopo averli sollecitati, mi è arrivato un pacco regalo con un orologio dello stesso tipo ma nero con cinturino nero e rifinitura argento. Sto ancora attendendo quello che avevo ordinato ma il sito non esiste più... Non capisco che problemi ci siano visto che le industrie sono ripartite. Il sito non è una truffa, altrimenti non mi avrebbero inviato il pacco con l'orologio omaggio, però non si può tolllerare un ritardo così. Sono abbastanza convinto l'rologio non arriverà più, ma per lo meno ne ho uno omaggio dello stesso tipo....

No support, order never received

Old customer of bonvier, ordered about 4 watches last year, loved them.

The problem is that i ordered 2 watches a couple months back and never received them. (Order #9910)
Sent 2-3 emails to support, no replies, it's been over a month... (And the website is down now)

I don't know what's going on, i heard that the ownership changed, too bad, they had amazing watches...

Asking for refund

Edit: post written in Jun, now in September still nothing, sent couple of more emails, no replies, no refund...

Je suis dans la même situation que de…

Je suis dans la même situation que de beaucoup de gens ici. J’attends ma commande depuis quelques semaines et je n’ai aucun suivi de commande et aucune réponse à mes mails.
Je souhaiterai être remboursée illico, dans le cas contraire je vais signaler la marque au centre européen des consommateurs, c’est une honte que ce genre de sites puissent vendre sans être pénalisés pour ces retards
