I did not get my order and it shows delivered to me...there is no support team to contact with..all there contact number are out of service..i had given proper address and they say its incomplete...i did not get any call from delivery agent..this is fraud

We have ordered the Mahindra Verito D6…

We have ordered the Mahindra Verito D6 2011 model headlight and they have delivered for some other model which didn't fit into the car. We have raised the return request and only one they have approved for refund and the other side headlight they have rejected to refund by saying damaged. I have full packing video and still they are not listening and rejected. I am 100% sure that it was not damaged from our end as I have done the better packing than boodmo's courier. It must have been damaged in trannsit by boodmo's courier people while returning. This was the first time I ordered from Boodmo but the experience was horrible. I thought I will order my xuv500's parts also but now I will not as they don't send the correct parts and return process is complicated and no transperancy is there. Now what will I do with that one side headlight which is of different model car.

Hyundai brake pad kit not delivered

I had ordered for a hyundai creta front brake pad kit & other auto parts. In total four items
but the front pad kit was never delivered to me. I had never expected atleast this kind of cheating from a well known website like boodmo.
Company.claims it has sent me the package and shown me a cctv footage.
So either the boodmo seller or the courier is at fault here for the missing package.
I should have taken a video before un-boxing the package.

Unresponsive website. No customer support.

Order#2610/0861112 for Volkswagen Seat Belt Latch ordered on 26/10/2020 . Till date, product not even ready to ship.
Wrote twice to customer care in last 1 week. No response.
All the numbers of support on the website are non operational even during regular working hours of the day

I paid in full for the part. Please ship the product fast

Updated Review: Bodomo: I wrote so many times on contact us of the application regarding order tracking, but you never replied even once. The review was posted on 10-Nov and after so many failed followups, and unresponsive customer care, I just could not rely on Boodmo, and I had to cancel my order on 21-Nov-2020. How long do you expect a customer to wait and bear with your unresponsive customer support?
I got SMS from Boodmo that refund has been initiated on 21-Nov-2020. I've not received it yet, but I think I will get it in few days.
So that way at least money wasn't stuck with them

Hi This is a fake website

Hi This is a fake website. My order no is 2210/0850527-2. they took advance cash. Never dispatch parts. Just give you new dispatch dates every week. More over all the Telephone Nos given for support is also fake . None of them is working. I feel cheated with this web site.

ABOVE Three orders made. Full payment made. Several changes in delivery dates made by boodmo, ultimately order not delivered. NO REFUND MADE TILL DATE.
On checking Order Basket, showing no orders. SO I want to know I) if my FULLY PAID ORDER IS STILL ACTIVE, II) IF ACTIVE, THEN HOW MUCH TIME FOR DELIVERY, III) IF ORDER CANCELLED, THEN WHO AUTHORISED IT, IV) IF ORDER CANCELLED THEN WHY HAS MY MONEY NOT BEEN REFUNDED TILL DATE, V) SHOWING PARTS AS AVAILABLE ON THE SITE AND RECEIVING PAYMENTS FOR THE SAME AND THEN SAYING PARTS NOT AVAILABLE, DOES IT NOT AMOUNT TO CHEATING UNDER LAW.
Any firm/PERSON doing business online with this company would be better advised NOT TO.
Had high hopes and expectations from this site.

One of the worst service i have ever seen

One of the worst service i have ever seen. I ordered an item on 11 September 2020 and they have given the dispatch and delivery dates were 28/09 and 05/10 respectively. On 28th i got an email saying that order will be delayed due to unavailability, ok that’s fine they have updated new dispatch and delivery dates again today i got an email saying that they don’t have parts so it will be delayed and updated ETA. So finally I cancelled my order after 1 month of waiting. I Will not recommend this website to anyone. Such a worst service.

incompetent and rude staff

The technical support team from boodmo are not aware of what they are doing.

Before placing my order for Front brake pads for a ford figo, I emailed them my RC and VIN number requesting them for the applicable Front brake pads. A week later parts received are not applicable and Boodmo is not ready to take any responsibility, This is the second time I am facing the same issue, will stay clear off boodmo from now on,

SMS Spamming Worst Service

Made the biggest mistake of ordering on this boodmo website, for:
1.) The day I ordered, my mobile started getting FLOODED by their marketing discount SMS's continously. 2 SMS's every hour. I do not even own these cars but getting everyday discount SMS's for these car parts. Complained SO MANY via mails to the customer support and they ask me to "block" them, pathetic
2.) The parts I ordered have not yet reached my even after 1 month, I just keep getting "Date Changed" mails form them every time
3.) Their customer service numbers are never reachable

The menace has started again, started receiving these annoying SMS's again, have planned to take them to court and initiate legal proceedings.

I still continue to receive the SMS although on a reduced frequency, nevertheless receiving them unsolicited.
By the way, my cart has always been empty and does not contain any item and will never contain with the kind of service. I keep getting discount SMS's for cars like Merc., Tata, Hyundai, etc. which I do not have.
Received a call from the rep and the solution he gave was I need to block all my incoming SMS's, really, how intelligent!!! I asked him to delete my account and my Mobile number from their database and he blatantly refused saying "I can't!"
Will see for some more time and if I continue to receive, will "escalate" it for a "relief"!

Order No: #2009/0782325-1. On 21st the dispatch date for this order was 24-09-2020 , now its 25-09-2020 . Why are you changing this date ? If you dont have the product in the stock then you should ahow it in your site as 'Out of Stock' nothing is shows like that and you are changing the dispatch date and mailing me as the Estimated dispatch date is changed. Its your fault. If you dont get it by today how could dispatch it tommorow ? If you dont get it by tommorow you will again change the date .

Deny to replacement of part

I ordered tata safari right side mirror operating swich /button , after delivery its working only glass in up and down but mirrors not working at all , my old switch working properly only 1 glass button damage so i am replacing old switch. after i complaint this issue they refuse to replace saying that installation attempted part cant replace , just tell me anyone how we can tell part working or not without installation, i strongly recommend all not to purchase from boodmo

No refund even after 2 weeks of cancellation

Due to delay in delivery which caused many problems with my customers, I had to cancel my order with order number # 2408/0726721-1

They said that they will refund my amount after it reaches the seller back and gave a tracking link which is stuck since the time I ordered the component which was on Aug 24th 2020.
I have written to BOODMO CUSTOMER SUPPORT 2 times and each time they send an email saying a ticket has been registered and that they will issue refund within 24-48 hours.

It has 3-4 weeks since I ordered and I still have not received the refund.
I will take this issue with the consumer court as this company has been fooling numerous customers with their very very poor service!
