Boohoo are an absolute disgrace
Boohoo are an absolute disgrace. Not only sent the wrong order, but have made it almost impossible to return the item too! Have spent 2 weeks speaking to a bot with no luck, even though the courier has confirmed return. Will never use Boohoo again. I suggest you don’t either.

BEWARE SCAMMERS.This company have now become scammers, they have not refunded me for all my items. They refund for part of the refund, then don’t respond to communications and then say it is past the time to claim your money back. I’ve heard this is happening all the time now, I will be going to trading standards now.

Niet bestellen!!! Geen klantenservice maar een robot op whatsapp. Kleding komt verscheept uit China. Wacht er al een maand op maar staat op status dispatched. De robot kan echt niks. Geen geld terug mogelijk.

What has happened to boohoo? I made an order and an extra charge of £2.99 was on there.. for Seel purchase protection??? I never agreed to that at all. On messaging boohoo 3 hours later ,as that’s when I looked at my email, they said I could not cancel the charge! They said it’s obvious at checkout to remove!?? If I’d known about it I’d never have used it! This must be very new!?? Surely I’m not the only one? I feel annoyed about it as bought £5.99 free delivery for the year too.

Scam company! I paid to send an item back, but never received the money (it’s been 4 months). Endless emailing is not leading to anything. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Awful !huge let down Never buy from this company. clothes are of poor quality do not look anything like the picture , returns are chargeable and I have still not got a refund after three weeks and endlessly messaging them. They just keep coming back with the same message. “It is working its way through the system” , but no refund.

I purchase dress Boohoo through Debenhams and had to return it however it has taken several email to get refund over two weeks will update once it arrives .
Nog geen ster waard
Nog geen ster waard. Door een fout van hun website is de bestelling twee keer betaald en opgestuurd. We kwamen er meteen achter, contact gezocht op meerdere manieren, uiteindelijk werd gereageerd dat ze erachter aan zouden gaan maar tot op heden nog geen oplossing of geld terug! Producten zijn ook nog eens geen goede kwaliteit!

Wat een verschrikkelijk bedrijf, ik krijg een jas aangeleverd 3xl, terwijl ik 3 pyjama's heb besteld. Na 9 mails geen contact te krijgen!! Waardoor ik nu moet betalen voor niks. Niet bestellen!!
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I got a wrong order. They didnt respond for weeks. Sometimes they did and then nothing for weeks again. One is saying its my fault for not e-mailing sober, the 28 days to claim are over, and the other keeps asking for the pictures of the wrong order and then not responding again and when I keep emailing the start at the beginning al over again. Ive been trying since last year november. Never again, its horrible

Scammers!!! When you buy they say that returns are free but finally they cost half price of items! Awful customer service, they never respond. So better forget them forever and through out their poor quality clothes!
Niet hier bestellen
Niet hier bestellen! Jurkje paste niet en netjes teruggestuurd. Heeft in totaal bijna 2 maand geduurd en heel wat heen en weer gemail omdat het bedrijf niet bij klarna aangaf dat ze mijn retour netjes hadden ontvangen. Vervolgens moest ik dubbel de retourkosten betalen in totaal 12 euro wat ook totale onzin is, klarna staat niet voor je klaar en er wordt niet gereageerd op de klantenservice. Ik heb nog nooit zoveel gedoe gehad.
Gift card as default on BooHoo…
Recently purchased items from Boohoo I returned some of the items. I was sent a gift card which they are saying I chose instead of a refund to my original payment method.
I can confirm that I didn't select anything, i wasn't even aware you had to select your refund. I have always had my refund sent back to my original payment method.
Why would I choose a gift card? I wouldn't choose this even if I knew I had a choice.
I've gone back onto my return and I can't even see where you can choose an option it just says your refund will go onto a gift card so appears to me that this is a default method to not not give you a refund. I will no longer be shopping with boohoo. I suggest people be weary of this when trying to return items to Boohoo.
Do NOT order here!!!! They steal from you!!!
I returned my order exactly as instructed and even received an email from Boohoo on 6 December confirming that my return was received. Despite this, my return was never processed and I am now being chased by Klarna for €58, as if I did something wrong.
I have provided all possible proof: return confirmation, tracking, and their own email acknowledging receipt. Still no refund, no proper response, and no solution. Instead, the customer bears the stress, the risk of extra costs, and threats of payment deadlines — all due to their internal failure.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not have to fight to avoid paying for items that were properly returned and acknowledged. I will escalate this matter further if it is not resolved immediately.
Think twice before ordering here — returns clearly cannot be trusted.
SCAM ARTISTS - AVOID
In August I placed an order and when the clothes arrived they were such awful quality that the majority had to be returned. The online returns portal was not working, so after many failed attempts, I reached out via thier text service. The agent arranged the return, I EXPLICITLY said I wanted the refund to my original payment method, not a gift card. I returned the items and then a week later I received, you guessed it, a gift card. I have all of this in text evidence. After trying to reach out several times, they finally got back to me saying that I myself had selected the gift card. They literally could not understand that their own agent had processed the return for me, either that or they simply didn’t care. I have just gone to use the gift card for £49.18 so that it didn’t go to waste, only to find that they are only valid for 90 days?! HOW CAN THEY PLACE A TIME LIMIT ON A GIFT CARD FROM A REFUND!!! What a bunch of scam artists, I am absolutely disgusted. They had all of the items back from me, THEY processed the refund incorrectly, and now it’s gone. I have paid £50 for items I do not have. Avoid like the plague, the customer service is non existent, the refund policy is a complete scam, and the clothes are awful quality in the first place.. save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere more reputable.
