Still would not touch them

Further to my earlier review re BooHoo and Debenhams - delivery of faulty item on 20 Jan - supposed to collect the said item on 14 Feb - courier never turned up - full refund but not going to go into my bank until 4 March - so had my funds since 19 Jan - but I get to keep the faulty item (BIG DEAL) - faulty item now down the local dump but courier came today to collect it - I was at work. Still I cannot cry at my ill advised purchase from Debenhams - it was only £89 - Dan Finley CEO BooHoo has much more to cry about - they paid £55m for Debenhams - more fool them!

I bought something from boohoo on a next day delivery it was supposed to be delivered by evri got an email saying my parcel is delayed until the next working day it been over a week now trying to contact them getting chatbot so I decided to go to boohoo to request a refund just to be told through a chatbot as well that when I receive the parcel I need to return it first and that's my point I haven't received it I always shop from boohoo I'm so put off with this experience I don't want to shop with them again and I don't know what to do

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I wish I would have researched the reviews more. I didn’t receive my package so I contacted them and they just told me that they show it was delivered so they can’t do anything! They treated me like I was lying about not receiving the clothes. So now I’m out 300 dollars.
My sister got her package and the clothes were hiiiideous. Looked absolutely like what is pictured.

Voor de tweede keer toch weer…

Voor de tweede keer toch weer ingetrapt, maar wat een slechte service. Slechte kwaliteit kleding, maten wijken enorm af van de reguliere maten; resultaat: de bezorg- èn retourkosten moeten betalen à € 12,00. Dus nooit meer bestellen bij Boohoo! Dan ga ik nog liever echt winkelen ;-)

Kosten retour en verzenden zijn hoog. Klantenservice is een ramp.
Beloftes en niet nakomen.
Slotsom voor een jurkje uit een bestelling van 3 waarvan 2 retour vanwege verkeerde product omschrijving. Heb ik nu 47 euro betaald ipv 22,80.
Klantenservice begrijpt probleem niet aangezien je continu bij de chatbot blijft hangen en dat medewerkers te lui zijn om de gehele chat terug te lezen.

Servizio clienti inesistente.Non rispondete alle mail e non avete un numero di telefono.Ho fatto un reso che a voi non risulta.Praticamente ho restituito il pacco e rischio di non avere il rimborso e pagare anche le spese di spedizione.Il numero del reso :1 UW0GFZ554644 .Ho seguito regolarmente il tracciamento con Poste Purtroppo era il mio primo ordine e non immaginavo che sarebbe finita così.

Rate products on Boohoo is a scam

Boohoo has another website boohoo-fashion.shop where they say you can earn money if you rate boohoo products. Every day you have to complete 38 tasks. But first you have to complete the 38 orders on the account of your contactperson so it’s every day 76 orders you have to complete. Its sound easy because completing these orders you can do on 10 minutes, it’s just clicking.. but you’ll get a package order or 2 is you are so lucky that you have to invest your money into crypto to recharge. First it’s a small amount of $90 and to send it by crypto you’ll invest $20 more and then you receive $140. It took days to set up a crypto account and withdraw it.

Then you are enthousiast and you’ll start the next day again. You can withdraw $250 but only the system won’t let you in anymore so you can’t withdraw it. Your contactpersoon is telling you from the start that it’s not an investment because you can withdraw it immediately. Until it doesn’t. So the next day you hope you can withdraw it but then their asking for a recharge of $500 and you still have to complete 17 orders more so you will get a second package even when your contactperson is saying how lucky you are. The next package will be higher then $500 and you don’t know if you’ll get it back. Or you do know because you won’t get it back.

When you start they will add you on a WhatsApp group so you’ll see the earnings of others. If you contact a person of this group privately you won’t get an answer.

The big question is: why can’t your contactperson make the investment to show you that it’s real? Then it would have been a collaboration. Afterwards you deposit the loan back ofcourse but then you don’t need to invest in it with your own money. But that is what they want because when you can’t pay for the package then you can’t withdraw anything.

A pure scam and a waste of your time and money. Don’t fell on it.

Their clothes, customer service and return policy are shitty and they try to scam people on many different ways.

Terrible service

Terrible service, conveniently doesn't let you change or cancel an order before it's been despatched because "As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure it is received as soon as possible, which means we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please, place a new order or return any unwanted items if necessary."

Even though it then takes them several days to despatch it. Oh and of course they charge you to return the parcel...

Having to pay without receiving anything

I have to pay the delivery costs for an order that I did not receive. Costumer service is TERRIBLE. One service employee agreed that I shouldn’t have to pay the delivery costs and a month later I get an reminder to pay the delivery costs. Now another service employee says they can’t cancel the delivery costs. I will never be ordering here again!

Wel betaald geen spullen

Ik heb 2 bestellingen geplaatst 10 dagen geleden, alles betaald maar geen bevestiging per mail ontvangen dus ook geen bestelnummer.

Nog steeds niets ontvangen en het lukt niet om contact te krijgen per mail of telefoon.

If i could give a zero starr i would have, waiting for over a week for my package still didn’t receive it. Texted the customer service gave them all the information and the package was no where to be found?? I told them i need the clothes for my holiday within 2 days, there answer? We will send you the refund🤬🤬🤬

Very bad service.There is no Customer service number available. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOHOO for shopping.
I orderd from Bohoo.The product arrived very late.I return the product on 24th October to there provided address and the courier service showing product has delivered On 27th October but Bohoo did not confirmed and did not start a refund.After reaching them on Facebook site they first tried to scare me with saying that i didn't return the item and they will start police investigating.When I showed them the courier approval than they saying outside UK it takes time. STILL no response from Bohoo.

Refunded for 1 of 2 parcels in an order depsite tracking confirming both were returned to Boohoo

order #UK1105491344 Returned 7 items to boohoo, they only refunded me for 5 and confirmed they'd checked CCTV and only the 5 items were in the parcel, however, I actually returned the 2 missing items in a second parcel and the tracking numbers for the recieved parcel (5 items) and the missing parcel (2 items) were delivered at the exact same time and date via the inpost tracking so the tracking shows you recieved both but you've only refunded me for one - how did that happen? Boohoo still continue to claim I only returned 1 parcel despite the tracking proof. It's ridiculous, I don't have the items and still being charged £72 on klarna. I only noticed I wasn't refunded the full amount as it was a pay in 30 days so only realised something was incorrect when klarna emailed to say money would be taken in a day or two.
