Worst experience ever! Cannot find out where my local paperless drop-off point is (to return an order) and absolutely no means of contacting them from Ireland.
Customer Service non-existent!

Please be careful order from Boohoo. I lost money ordering from them. I returned two dresses back to them being that they were too big. I paid the postal service at the USPS to get a label in order to return my package back to them like I was told to do. Here it is almost a month and I have not received my refund as of yet. On their website it says I will receive my refund in 4 to 5 business days. I will take this up with PayPal.

First time ordering from Boohoo and definitely the last. An order which according to their website should take 4days has now taken way over a month. The tracking number is now stating its been delivered, I have security cameras and a ring doorbell and noone has delivered anything or been on my property at all. I've asked numerous times which carrier they've used but they have not told me, so i cant even check for myself. Now asking and waiting to see if I get a full refund.

Terrible delivery system. I had boohoo premium for about three years and decided to cancel it as parcels never arrived within the timeframe I paid for. The last four occasions I placed an order with boohoo for specific events, I allowed enough time as per their delivery framework for the parcel to arrive. Every-time the delivery was late and had to be returned. This was not the fault of the courier as when contacted they stated they hadn’t even received the parcels before the “delivery date”.

I ordered two maternity dresses on Boohoo and the website stated that they were both 95% cotton. When I got them today there is literally zero cotton in them. They’re both completely made from synthetics (polyester, viscose and elastane). I can’t believe they lie like this about what their clothes are made of! It’s disgraceful! I wouldn’t have ordered those dresses if I knew what they were actually made of. I would appreciate a refund.

I ORDERED a black teddy coat..and when parcel arrived ..It was a pink jumpsuit..package was labeled teddycoat..

Foolishly paid for another 1 year premium account. Been locked out for months now and the bots are absolutely zero help with getting back in to account or giving any actual advice. I haven't forgotten my password but boohoo locked me out of my account. I tried to reset the password but again boohoo doesn't accept the new password. It's honestly so frustrating trying to shop here and there really isn't any point anyway, it is overpriced poor quality clothing. As made in China clothing companies go Shein is cheaper and the quality is the same if not better in some cases. Granted you wait a little longer for delivery but Boohoo can't guarantee delivery even if you've paid extra for it! Anyway terrible website and app, and AI customer service, I'm finally cutting ties with boohoo.

Ordered a dress, it arrived with a small fault. Chloe D on chat bot was extremely helpful and had lots of ways to sort my issue. All fixed in less than 10 minutes to my satisfaction in a very friendly and professional manner.

Downloaded new app and tried to pay for my order twice and it completely deleted,can't be bothered anymore never had this problem before

I put three items into my shopping cart and tried to delete one of the items. Tried everyway I could but the < symbol to remove the item would not work so I can't complete the checkout for my other items. Came to trustpilot to see if anyone had same issue but sadly no. Glad I read the reviews as I have now changed my mind about shopping with boohoo and am not going to proceed. Thank you.

Don't advertise next day deliver if its NOT next day delivery. Then charging people for it then too, absolute sham. Will never order again.

The item I bought was a lovely (in pictures!) navy polka dot calf-length jumpsuit. However, even though it's a size 12 and I'm between a 10-12, it's almost impossible to pull down over my hips. I brought it to a dressmaker to have a longer zip put in, but she told me there was so little material used that it would be impossible to put a new zip in. It's not worth the hassel to return it, so I'll just put it in a bag and donate it somewhere. The material was super cheap and very plasticky (is that a word?!) anyway, and I'm sure was also probably a fire hazard! Other than that, their website it easy to navigate, and delivery was very prompt.

Boohoo Ireland have made it impossible to return items or get refunded. I returned an item one month ago, I am unable to reach Boohoo through any means to enquire why I have not been refunded. They have no phone contact anymore, the online contact form refuses to recognise my order number and the the chat bot goes in a loop of unhelpful quest.

It's simply isn't what I expected 😕 ordered from boohoo before and never a problem but lately the quality of there items is awful and returns are a nightmare..the sizes are so not accurate at all like a UK 10 is a good fit for me with plenty of room not now it's like a small 8 I ordered a 12 in a dress to be safe and noway is it correct..my friend got the 14 and its actually smaller so I will not be ordering from again😔😔😔

Quality was rubbish didn’t look anything like it did on the pic false advertising just rubbish won’t be shopping here again

I am absolutely disappointed. I am not recommending this web for shopping. I added something to my basket, then I had to get off as I was collecting my child from school. All items disappeared fr I m the basket. Looking gor them again was a nightmare...2 hours..then I picked the way to pay for it and the aib confirmation didnt come so wanted to refresh.....all items gone again!!!!!!! Soooo.....not good for a business! I just wqnted to buy and pay!!!!!

Long loyal customer of boohoo last couple of years as I love their stuff and rarely had an issue . Ordered a few things this time round and did not receive 1 item out of a few. I contacted them to advise and had checked everywhere around my house Incase it was left somewhere but it was nowhere to be found and 100% not inside the bag . They claimed to investigate and checked their cameras which said it was confirmed packed but did not carry out a thorough investigation, provide a detailed incident report as requested and escalate this matter with their courier company. Somehow their incompetent team come to a conclusion that I am not entitled to a refund or replacement even though I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM. #BOYCOTTBOOHOO

Disgraceful company AVOID. Customer service is a robot and never helps. Still waiting on refund 3 months later
