I have used boohoo many times, each time HOPING they'd keep their word and deliver on time. I have paid €7.99 for express delivery which is SUPPOSE to be 2 days, I got it a week later. This time I paid standard delivery €5.99 saying it'll be delivered 3-4 days. I emailed them and was told I will receive my item 1st Feb which is 8 days after I ordered. If I wanted something that late I could have used ANY SITE. IT'S ALL JUST FALSE ADVERTISING. Pretty little thing is a great site for fast delivery and customer service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH FALSE ADVERTISING.

Their customer service is horrendous! I purchased a premier delivery account. I always accessed boohoo via Facebook login, which is now not available due to 'security issues'. There was no correspondence from the company advising this would be happening and now as a result I can't access my Premier delivery account. When I contacted boohoo about the issue and asking advice on how to resolve I was basically told tough luck! Nothing i can do! Sorry but that's just not good enough. I've paid for a service and not recieved it. I will be reporting the company and contacting my bank for a refund! I've spent a fortune on boohoo over the years and this is how they repay loyal customers! Avoid them!!!! Scamming people out of money is just not on!

Put in an order and once it went through realises the address was going to the wrong county immediately contacted boohoo on severa customer service platforms to be told to just order again WITHOUT being able to cancel or amend original order which will ALSO be dispatched and as I cannot claim it from the incorrect address, will lose out on the money spent on this order. Absolutley outrageous

I ordered padjamars only got top no pance I ordered pink shorts sleved padjamars and top in the summer they never came very bad service paid good money for them very disappointing won't ever be ordering off ye again

I've placed an order on 30th September my total with discounts and delivery was €53.30, clearly that was a bug or the page frozen and I was charged €84.84. I've contacted them immediately to let them know to provide me a refund. Someone told me that I should allow 48 hours for them to sort it out. 4 days passed and no one contacted me, so I contacted them again and they said that they could confirm that definitely the issue has been raised to the financial team, that I should allow a couple of more days to be sorted.
10 days passed, on 17th October I've contacted them regarding my refund, and they told me that the latest by the end of this week 21th October they would come back to me, but of course they failed again.
I can't explain how angry I am, very disappointed, I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered 4 items for a holiday 3 weeks in advance. Holiday is now next week and my parcel has yet to be scanned by the courier despite receiving a dispatch email over a week ago. Avoid!

I have been a long customer to boohoo from Ireland but tonight took out I tried to order my clothing ten times and my bank approved it and boohoo just stalled nothing to do with me boohoo I will go to pretty little thing from now disgraceful especially when your spending near 200e

Paid for 2 days shipping to Ireland and order was received on time and exactly as ordered.
Surprised by all the negative reviews here. Have been shopping with BooHoo for years and have never had any problems, orders have always been delivered on time and returns have never been a problem.

I paid for express delivery for the year what a waist of time . 3 days late and still no sign. Customer service was useless they just keep telling me to wait but I didn't pay extra to wait. I won't be shopping here again.

I wish I read here before ordering - I paid for express so I would have the order in 2 working days and on day 4 and still no sign of my order. Tried to contact on their website. impossible to navigate the help section and ended up talking with a robot on chat that didn't get anywhere - very poor customer service. Don't be foolish like me and pay for express - total waste of money.

Foolishly paid for the year of express delivery ordered items on tuesday that were needed for the weekend its been 4 days and theres still no tracking info available. So much for next day delivery. Customer service are of no help they just pass the blame onto fastway. So save your money and shop elsewhere

The dress I ordered was very bad quality and not shaped the same as the photo on website. Would not buy dresses from here again.

Review is not on the clothes it on their inability to deliver - ordered on the 8th May and had to email to find out where my order was (paid for 2 day delivery) and got told it should be delivered by the 3rd June / they are a joke

The quality of the stock has gone downhill massively even though costs have skyrocketed. Trying to process a return is awful, the ‘return portal’ is constantly giving errors or not recognising details.. contact support and their solution is ‘check your spam’. For what?! I can’t even log into the portal to start the return process, what am I checking spam for?! They don’t even read messages to understand what the issue is

Started return using ‘drop to shop’. Got to shop, wouldn’t accept return as they had no labels and didn’t know when they would have them. They said ‘drop to shop’ never supply labels for them in timely manner.
Contacted boohoo asking what I can do now as return is already started I can’t use other method. Got an email back telling me how to make a return!! It gave me all the steps I had already taken!! Drop to shop unprofessionally run and boohoo not even willing to communicate although they give you drop to shop as a return option, appalling
