Quick delivery and happy with all purchases, no tracking notifications just showed up.

Terrible experience every! I am trying to claim my full refund and keep ignoring it and offering me vouchers which isnt good enough! Ungrateful company

Order arrived quickly but quality was not great

A very poor experience overall. The clothes that arrived were of poor quality and improperly sized and mislabelled. The "free returns" policy in Ireland is extremely limited - it's only free if you live close to one specific courier, Fastway Couriers. As I live 1.5 hrs from one, my return cost me €14 as I had to post the return. I would never shop with this company again.

Orders leather look leggings and received my parcel to find the zip busted and tag not even on them correctly. Emailed customer supervise and got asked to attach photos which I did only for the email to bounce back as “their inbox was too full”. I have since tried to get through to them four more times to no avail and I am extremely dissatisfied.

My partner recently ordered 2 (of the same) beige onesies in a size L. The package arrived today with 1 L beige onesie and 1 white onesie in size M. The packaging containing the white one was ripped open and upon further inspection was covered in black human hairs (none of us have long black hair) so it must have been used/or at least handled by somebody before reaching us and then shoved in a packet with a sticker stating that it's beige when in fact white. Extremely dissapoining!.

I have had 3 very bad experiences now with this company.

The first two were that I paid Next Day Delivery and they didn’t arrive for about a week and one order got lost.

The third was that I have been waiting on a refund so contacted them and they said the refund had failed so they redid the refund. After a few days still no refund and they said it had failed again. Still waiting on my refund.

Not happy with service I have received

Have to admit was sceptical about this site first but was happy out with what I bought when it arrived.

I have used boohoo (Ireland) many times, the quality of their clothing is ok, you are getting what you pay for. I have used their next day delivery service but it is never next day however anytime it has been an issue their customer service team has been nothing but more than helpful

I always get great clothes on this website ❗️ Material is always perfect and returns are no bother 🙌🏻 I’ve got a lot of stuff in this website over the past year or two and didn’t have an issue ever, besides stuff being too small or too big but mistakes happen 🤷🏻‍♀️

Boohoo.com is wonderful .. fantastic prices, lovely clothes, great style. What is really annoying me is that, when an Irish customer goes to Boohoo.com, they are redirected to Boohoo.ie. You may think that's OK .. but it's not! What happens in boohoo.ie is that Irish customers are charged about 50% and even 100% more for the same product. This is on top of a Stirling to Euro exchange rate that is much higher than the bank rate. I realized this only today, having been a boohoo customer for years. I was shocked when I went online to order a skirt I liked (Product Code: FZZ64434) I was hesitating because the price was €30 and I don't have a lot of money. I waited a day but still really liked the skirt. When I went back to Boohoo, I went into the UK site inadvertently and was shocked to see the exact same skirt on sale for £15 - exactly half what they are charging Irish people. This is rotten to the core and blatant discrimination. I still give Boohoo.com 4 stars because they really are excellent value for money and the customer service is excellent and they are super-efficient at getting goods out. There are never any problems with returns or refunds either. But 100% mark ups for Irish people .. really? What have you got against us? It's racist. The Stirling to Euro exchange is only €1.10 =£1.00, and it has been around that for the past 3 years. A skirt that is £15 translates to €16.54 ... NOT €30 !!!! Boohoo.ie is, apparently, a rip-off "special" website set up to over-charge Irish people. Shame on you.

I ordered items at 12.10 on Wednesday 16th Sept and paid an additional 8.99euro for next day delivery to Rep of Ireland, they were not delivered, I checked tracking, no scans on package. I emailed Boohoo, they told me there may be a delay on my parcel!, checked tracking again, parcel only arrived in courier main depot. Boohoo are clueless, customer services keep fobbing me off. The must be making a tidy sum charging extra for so called 'next day delivery' when items are not dispatched in time and thus standard delivery, of course customer services do not address this

So I ordered again from boohoo.com. I don’t know why I even try. I paid for delivery up to 2 working days. It has been 3 now. 8€ down the drain. The tracking doesn’t show anything yet, ‘no scans’. Ridiculous money grabbing company.

If I could give zero, I would. Be aware here. I placed an order yesterday evening and everything was fine until I received the confirmation which wrongfully showed duplicated quantities and items added that weren’t ordered by me. I immediately contacted their customer service only to be told that the order is already going out and there’s nothing they can do. Literally minutes after ordering. The mind boggles. I referred to my consumer rights to cancel the order immediately but the team refuses to do so. They have quoted that this is their company policy. They ignore basic consumer rights and are not willing to listen. Big no no! Shocking business practices.

Love ordering from boohoo quick and easy. If ever I have an issue I can contact someone from there customer service team on Twitter and issue is resolved within 24 hours.

Excellent customer service

I don’t often order from boohoo but my boyfriend does (the men’s clothing is 100% better). I ordered 3 items the other day and when they came, the material was so sheer it could never be worn in public and had to be sent back. Won’t buy again.

Hi this is Deb, I am doing a follow-up to my email that I sent to you the other day in regards to my upcoming order.
Order Number: NA 107892930. Are you receiving emails and you choose not to reply? This is the third time this week that my emails are being ignored. I would like to know when my order is shipping out. Can someone please take the time out of there day to respond? I know that orders usually process right away, so I am not sure what the delay is.

Also, doesn't Boohoo typically respond to emails within 24 hours? If that is the case, I should have received an email from them. I am not impressed!
