We are always disappointed with ourselves when a customer is unhappy. In this instance it took nearly a year for the customer to let us know there was a problem with the order and then, when we tried to investigate, we had no replies from the customer, other than this review.
Top notch seller.
Book was in excellent condition, at a great price, and arrived very swiftly indeed. Many thanks indeed to the seller.
