Book as described and quick delivery.
Book as described and quick delivery.
I would have preferred if the book had been protected better, not just put in a plastic envelope.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your book delivery. I hear what you say about packaging - it is always a balance between adequate protection and keeping weight and costs down - but I'll feedback to our packer and see if we can find a way of strenghtening the protection for slimmer items like this. We use custom card book boxes for the vast majority of deliveries anyway and maybe we should look to doing that for even the slimmest items.
Excellent communication and shipping time...

Don't hesitate
I live in Dublin. The whole world seems to be out of sync right now in 2023. My experience with BookAddiction was such, that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone from outside of the UK to buy a book from them in such times. Is mise le meas Deirdre xxx

So glad that BookAddiction was able to help you out and find the right book, and to hear that you were happy with the book and our service. Estimates of dates for delivery are always a little difficult and somewhat in the will of the courier but I'm glad it arrived in good time.

I ordered this book during the holiday…
I ordered this book during the holiday mail season - so at a time of utter delivery chaos. It took awhile to get to Southern California from Canterbury, but I was expecting it to. I appreciated the follow up by the team at Book Addiction, who were quick to check up on its progress and get back to me when I asked for an update. The book is indeed in good, used condition as advertised, securely packaged for travel, and very reasonably priced. I now have a copy of a lost and treasured childhood favorite back in my hands again to share eventually with my grandson, but to happily get lost in myself, right now! Many thanks!

Thank you Robin for your kind comments. We were delighted to be able to re-unite you with a childhood treasure.
Better late, than never.
It did take more than a couple weeks for my book to arrive but, I am pleased to say, all is very good, indeed.
More than likely, the winter weather and postal strikes may well have played a substantial part in the delay - not the supplier's fault.
Therefore, I can highly recommend this supplier.

Thank you Kevin. Indeed, a combination of winter weather and Royal Mail strikes have hampered deliveries in recent weeks, but we so pleased that the book arrived with you, safely in the end.

Review about purchase
Excellent experience. I bought a book about Scuderia Ferrari, 1929-1939 period, and it was value for money. Despite a problem at customs, Orlando managed to sort out everything and the book finally arrived.
Thanks.
