Dear Fathima

We are truly sorry that you had an experience that made you think this way. If the system is active and has verified your information and is working correctly, this process may vary depending on the traffic at the test center. The density and demand at each test center is not the same, so the waiting time may vary. However, the system will definitely make the appropriate reservation for the date range and test center you prefer.

The speed of the autobooking process depends on the traffic in the desired test center. In this case, it is too short for a 10-day period to make an assessment and accuse it of being a scam. If we consider that the autobooking process can take between 1-6 weeks depending on the test center. However, please share your information with us via trustpilot. Let us review your account and verify that you are an existing user. And let us make sure that your account is working flawlessly. In this way, we can look for ways to speed up the process together, and let's discuss the details of the service offered by the expectations by eliminating your concerns. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we achieve this through the feedback we receive. We look forward to listening to your thoughts and improving ourselves.

Dear Madushan

We genuinely understand your frustration and we’re truly sorry that your experience with us led to this level of dissatisfaction. At Book Driving Test , our platform is developed and supported by real people who put great effort into providing a helpful and reliable service.

Reading your comment was difficult for our team, not because of the feedback—every criticism is valuable and helps us grow—but due to the harsh language used, which deeply affects the humans behind this service. We always aim to handle every request with care and professionalism, and we hope that communication can remain respectful, even when expectations aren't met.

We reviewed your case, and per our refund policy, your refund has already been approved and processed. Please note that financial transactions may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing speed.

Regarding the booking update: when changes are detected in your test schedule, our system may attempt to reflect this in your account to keep things synchronized. We're more than happy to share the related receipt or proof of action upon your request.

Thank you for your patience and for giving us a chance to clarify. We remain committed to learning and improving every day.

Dear Gem

We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding we may have caused. Initially, the system displayed your booking as not being at your requested test center. We reached out to explain the reason for this error. After you confirmed that your payment met the refund conditions, the system proceeded without stopping your auto-booking search. The second attempt successfully secured the test center and date you desired, even earlier than your previous reservation.

Exam Date: Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 10:07 AM

Exam Center: (We won't tell , without your consent)

We hope our new reservation meets your expectations and leads to a successful experience, allowing you to enjoy safe driving with your lifetime license. If it still doesn't align with your preferences, we will do our utmost to find an available slot at your requested test center at the earliest opportunity. Thank you for choosing us and for your continued kindness and understanding.

Dear Emmanuel

Thank you for reaching out to us. We need to clarify a few things. The autobooking process progresses based on the preferences in your profile. You are given the right to make changes to these. The search range and test center selection in your profile are as shown in the screenshot we sent to you via email.
1 April - 1 July
Heysham - Bedford

The new autobooking we provide to you is
Test Date: Monday 9 June 2025 3:30pm
Test Center: Heysham

In this case, it seems that the preferences in your profile and the booking provided match. If you wish, we can change the autobooking process again only for the Bedford test center and start the process.

And since you did not close the autobooking from your profile, it became active and changed your current booking. We have contacted you via email regarding the issue. If you wish, we can help you by producing the most appropriate solution. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Dear Ray

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. First and foremost, we are genuinely sorry if your experience with us has caused any confusion or concern. That was never our intention.

We understand that making online payments—especially for services that operate in real-time environments—can feel uncertain. It's natural to be cautious. However, after reviewing your case, we see that only 12 days have passed since your initial sign-up. In that short time, our system has been actively searching within your requested date range and test centers to find you the best possible match.

While we understand the desire for immediate results, it's important to note that finding and securing driving test slots—particularly during high-demand seasons—can take time. This is not due to any flaw in the system but rather the nature of availability being highly competitive and time-sensitive.

What saddens us is seeing such a firm conclusion drawn so early in the process—especially when our team has been transparent, responsive, and proactive in trying to support you. We're always open to communication, and more importantly, we're committed to results. Should the system not deliver within your specified criteria, your refund is guaranteed. No risk involved !

We absolutely respect your experience and your right to share it. We only ask that you give this process the time it fairly deserves before labeling it as something it is not. Many of our users, even some who initially felt frustrated, have found success and changed their minds once they saw how the system works over a realistic timeframe.

Your trust means a lot to us, and we truly hope to restore it with time and results.

Warm regards,
Book Driving Test Team

Dear Oksana

We sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings that may have occurred during your experience with us. Allow us to clarify the situation from both your perspective and ours, and then address the outcome. The notification package is designed to promptly alert you about available slots. As you attempt to reserve a suitable slot on our platform, which is accessible to everyone, it may be claimed by someone else, resulting in its unavailability. We understand that this may lead to frustration and give the impression of an unreliable service. To enhance your chances, we offer a package that includes over 100 notifications for a one-time payment. The effectiveness of this package largely depends on user engagement. Additionally, we provide an autobooking service to further optimize this process. While we do not create the slots, we aim to save you time by monitoring and acting on your behalf, alleviating the stress associated with this period. Our intention is never to cause you additional stress. Please share your information on Trustpilot, and once verified, our team will reach out to offer the most suitable solution and explanation. Dear Kayleigh

We would like to provide some clarifications regarding your experience with our service. We understand your concerns about online services, and we want to assure you that each package has its own processes and requirements. The package you selected sends instant notifications for your preferred test center and date range. However, on a platform accessible to everyone, slots may be taken quickly by other candidates, which might result in unavailability at the time you check.

In such cases, we kindly ask for your understanding as we cannot be held responsible for service aspects beyond our control or promises. Additionally, we request that you contact us directly before initiating any refund requests. We strive to maintain positive communication, and being subject to heavy criticism is not ideal for anyone involved.

Your aim as a user is to access efficient service, and our goal as a company is your satisfaction. We believe effective communication can resolve issues by sharing perspectives from both sides. We suggested the autobooking service as the most suitable option for you and offered an upgrade without any additional fee, but we understand you chose not to accept it. Your refund request is currently under review. In cases of system errors, refunds are processed immediately to avoid inconvenience to the user. Since no apparent system error has been identified, we are examining the situation thoroughly. Rest assured, we will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Dear Tamsin

Firstly, even if the payment was made just a day ago and the refund process has been approved, it will be completed within 10 business days.

Secondly, we attempted to send you a statement regarding the issue, but it seems your email inbox is full. We also tried reaching you by phone for further details, but unfortunately, we couldn't connect. Could you please let us know the best way to continue our communication?

Additionally, although your experience and journey are not yet complete, concluding that this is a scam after just one day is quite premature. Our team takes every complaint and suggestion seriously and continuously works to meet our users' expectations through ongoing innovations.

The auto-booking process is completed within 4 weeks. Kindly ensure there is space in your email inbox and reach out to us with detailed information about the process. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to provide the best service possible.

UPDATE 16,04,2025
