Hakan was great. A phone call to arrange a convenient time came swiftly after I had asked for a quote. He gave us an appointment ASAP and arrived to the appointment on time. He was friendly and efficient and I would recommend him to others.

The young guy who came today was polite and courteous. He was in and out quite quickly which was perfect.

Hakan has carried out the EPC with great patience. The first time he called to conduct the survey at the rental; property, the tenant had completely forgotten and was out! Hakan simply offered another appointment a few days later, and carried out the assessment. I would certainly recommend his services, and will contact him again when I need other EPCs.

Filled in the online form on the website Sunday late afternoon. Expected to be contacted on Monday, yet they have contacted me same day, booked the survey for next day. After it was done within less than 1 hour my EPC was already on the government website.
Did I mention really good price?

Absolute scam. No one contacted me after paying the deposit. Buyers beware. Avoid this company

Paid deposit for EPC on 30th December, didnt hear back until late February. However, Hakan did contact in Feb with apology and refunded my deposit immediately which was very fair.
