Everything was good planed and the Tourguide was very friendly and funny.

We had a great day tour to Petra. Everything was perfect. We appreciated the driver on sharp time that pick us up directly from the hotel, the bus driver too was veey good and the guide Fedi was profesaional and very kind in every occasione. The buffet lunch was excellent. We strongly raccomand this tour.

Magnific Trip under the moonshine to observe the beautiful sunrise 🌄 over the Sinaï and make a little visit of Saint-Catherine’s Monastry.
Difficult 😥 for a overweight man 👨 (103kg) like me almost without training 😅.
It’s about 7 hours walking up
And 3 hours walking down…but it was magic 🪄 and the organisation was top 👍🏻 and my bédouine Guide very kind and helpful during the worse moments…
Go only with good Mountain 🏔️ shoes 👟 to do this special excursion because there is snow ❄️ in winter during the last kilometer…
Take warm clothes because early in the morning it’s only 3’C and reach up to 25 after the sunrise 🌅…Gloves and a warm jacket 🧥 are warmly welcome 🤗…
In conclusion it was very difficult but wonderful at the same time…Do you have to be a little bit patient and keep hope with a Holy Spirit 😇…
There was many stops with warm tea and warm koffee and some food to give you the sufficient strength 💪🏻🥵💪🏻

Very good and hardworking guide. But problematic that the busdriver several times talked in mobile phone while driving and it was then also a period with fog/mist. The border-crossing Israel-Jordan was very time-consuming.

Get your guide tours had to cancel the tour due to lack of people interested. Nevertheless they were good and very reactive to find another tour operator for an equivalent tour : Booking-Tours.com.

Unfortunately this tour operator Booking-Tours.com was very good on the israelian side but really average on the Jordanian side.

The Akaba part was a rip-off : First stop after border control in a shop for tea & cofee. Then stop at a 4 star resort for a compulsory lunch that we had to pay extra for. We lost 2 hours, and visited Aqaba during 2 bus stops on the highway.

Wadi-rum was really beautifull but we had not enough time. It was urgent to continue to the light bedouin camp. Why ???

The guide was pretty nice but in Petra preferred to reduce the comments on the Petra visit and have us continue alone in order to supposedly wait for other people.

We had to pay for the first lunch and all our drinks adding to the initial bill and making this tour much more expensive than the initial tour through Getyourguide-tours.

All together we would definitely recommend the tour but not with Booking-Tours.com.

The tour was everything as promised. The accommodation in Tel Aviv was good while Cairo was excellent and all the tour guides were very good to excellent.

There were two issues that I want to raise. The first is that I think it would have been better to have stayed most of the time in Jerusalem while in Israel as it would have reduced the daily commute time to most sites by one hour each way.

The 2nd more serious problem is that we were not informed that you cannot bring telephoto lens into Egypt when travelling by automobile across the Sinai. My son had his $500 CDN telephoto lens confiscated at the border by Egyptian border authorities who indicated it could be picked up at Cairo International Airport upon our departure. I showed up early at the airport to track it down but nobody at the airport could help. It was very disappointing and bad for your business to have this happen.

The Jeep Ride in the dessert and Petra activities were amazing.
Avoid shopping in the dessert and the gift shops the guide stops the bus. They are 2-4 times more expensive than at the Petra park.
Avoid shopping at "Petra View Shop" everything
4 times more expensive.
Always bargain the price. Check prices online.
In the evening we arrived at our beduin camp
"Sand Rose Camp". A nice place but too loud on my taste. There we had a delicious dinner and a beduin dance show.
The tent where we stayed over night, it was actually a small brick room. The beds were clean, we had toilet and running water. The bath appliances where rusty.
They have vegan options.
At Petra it was crowded, a lot of entrepreneurs wanting to offer a horse/donkey/camel taxi ride.
We had enough time to explore it ourselves.
On first day dinner was included, on second day breakfast and lunch.

Our guide Kareem was great, genuine and wonderful and warm. The driver Sam made us feel safe. We loved this trip from the first minute to the last. Activity packed, nice people, amazing sights and really good food. Would recommend this trip to absolutely everyone.

By far the worst tour we’ve been on!! There was zero communication regarding pick up locations each day for the tour (made us go all over Tel Aviv last minute to a different hotel at 6:30am) and the bus didn’t even turn up on the last day making us miss the whole day. There was things added to the tour that wasn’t listed in the itinerary and things that were listed that we didn’t even get to do!! We were suppose to go to through the Ba’hai gardens and we got to the top at 4:55pm and they closed at 5pm and couldn’t even get a photo on the terrace. We had max 10 minutes there. Day 3 was meant to be picked up at 6:30am, dropped at the Dead Sea ALL DAY as per our itinerary. Didn’t get there until 3pm and had 90 minutes total time there. Very disorganised and ruined our trip to Israel. Will not book again or recommend.

Avoid the 1-day Cairo tour from Eilat. Unless you want to risk your safety (drivers drive at illegal speeds, against traffic and too shortcuts through dangerous roads on the Sinai peninsula. My son and I were the only people in the tour and the drivers/security guards stole money from my bag when we did the camel rides at the pyramids. You will ask spend half the tour in shops where the operators get commissions and you are ‘coerced’ to buy things you don’t need. Never again!

On our recently completed tour of Israel, Jordan and Egypt Booking Tours managed all the complications of matching day tours, border crossings, and itinerary changes very well in most cases.
There were some communication issues with pick up from the airport in Tel Aviv and with pick up by the new guide and driver over the border on a couple of occasions, but all was resolved without major hassles.
It is important to understand when booking this tour that it is not a tour with a group in the traditional sense. In Israel it is a series of day tours run by another company. They were all excellent, but there were many early starts because of the system of getting to the pick up hotel, then to a meeting point, then often another meeting point in Jerusalem before starting your tour. It is all very well organised, but confusing at first.
All of the guides we had were very knowledgable and clear and we had an amazing and memorable experience. In Egypt the climb of Mt Sinai could have been better organised, with no real provision for food or rest before or after the climb. Being expected to tip two drivers, a guide and a guard after the time in Sinai without the opportunity to access local money was unexpected.
Overall an exceptional experience, and we would use Booking again.

A very enjoyable experience overall. We travelled in summer and the heat was intense. However, our guide was very knowledgeable, the heat subsided by the evening; The bedouin camp very beautifully decorated and comfortable to spend a night at. Food was amazing and the chefs went out of their way preparing traditional dishes. There was even a traditional dance party after. Early morning camel riding was invigorating, followed by the late morning 4 wheel drive through Wadi Rum. A wholesome experience!

EVERYTHING THING WAS EXACTLY in Time / Tasty/ super guide Karim : very good explainations, always big smille and good jokes.

The bus was amazing : very confortable wifi large chairs and absolutly silent !

The camp site was also perfect 5 stars!!!

We booked a 1 day tour, advertised to be 10 hours in duration. Given the border crossing 45 minutes, and the drive itself taking 2 hours +, we expected 3 to 4 hrs to discover Petra. We had only 1 hour, 30 minutes, and even this, very rushed, as we were told we had to hurry back, before the border closes at 3:30. Such a crying shame, as this was a once in a lifetime opportunity. When I brought this up with the tour operator, they said they didn't know the border crossing times, but this is unacceptable, as it IS their business to know. Also, why advertise a tour at 10 hours, when in fact, door to door, it was 6 hours. Please beware, and don't book, as they are not delivering what they advertise! As zero stars is not an option, I had to click on one star, but it is not even this!

Our 1 day trip from Eilat to Petra was well organized, border crossing from Israel into Jordan and back all went smoothly, the driver and guide were all great.
Unfortunately, when we originally booked the trip we were not told that the border opens at 8:30 am and closes at 3:30 pm. Which meant that we arrived in Petra at 11:00 am and had to leave at 1:00 pm.
2 hours is definitely not enough time to see Petra, and we had to literally run from point to point in order to see some of the main sites. A 2-day trip would definitely be a better experience.

The tour was really great and impressive. I saw the places from a study book about ancient history and different local handcrafts, heard interesting stories and tasted local food. Cairo is a city where the past, the present and the future are mixed. Pyramids and Sphynx are still full of majesty. Every member of team was friendly and helpful. Especially I'd like to thank the driver Mishel and the guide Nabil, who spoke Russian and made the journey much easer and more interesting. Both were ready to tell things and answer my questions. Unfortunately, there were a couple of problems, may be by my own guilt. So, I didn't check myself and I didn't get any information from the organizers that the border point at Taba open at daytime only and that I have to do the test and be in isolation 24 hours after coming back to Israel. Anyway, I visited unusual places and met new people. And it's a main result.

We booked a 2-day trip with round flights from Tel Aviv to Petra with Booking Tours. We had a very good experience, they were online with us all the time. The tour in Jordan had to be with a Jordanian company, but the guide was also very good, knew everything about Petra and spoke english perfectly. I would recommend to anyone.
