I sent email to the customer service on…
I sent email to the customer service on Sunday and today is Wednesday and they still not answered. I sent another email yesterday as well... The promotion code not working in the application and the site as well so I need their help with my order. But they not helping.
I sent another email now. Hopefully finally you will answer this time.
Update: After 6 days! I got an answer from the customer service. They just lying to me and not helping at all. I will send back the product and not buying anything from the Boots in the future. Disappointed ☹️
