Great range of products - swift delivery
The products that I ordered were delivered within two days. Boots has a great range of products and if you don't have time to get to your nearest Boots, their delivery service is efficient and effective.

Your minimum spend is absolutely absurd for free delivery....going from €45 to €100 ??? No other high street store website is like this.

We understand why this change is frustrating. New EU customs charges of €3 per item now apply to some low-value parcels entering Ireland from outside the EU. As the total cost can vary depending on the number of items ordered, Boots Ireland has changed its free home delivery threshold while continuing to absorb the majority of the additional costs.
To keep delivery charges clear and predictable, home delivery is free on boots.ie orders of €100 or more and €5 on orders below €100. Click & Collect remains free when you spend €25 or more.

I ordered a Dyson hairdryer and the order was delivered in my green bin which I never knew and has been collected by the bin company and Boots didn’t do anything.

I ordered an item for pickup
I ordered an item for pickup. I then started receiving messages from An Post to say they had the item for delivery - but it has never been delivered. So I don't know where the item is not how to get a refund.

I deeply regret placing an order
I deeply regret placing an order. I was traveling in Ireland and did not have an Irish phone number or SIM card. The website required a phone number for registration but would not accept my country code, making it impossible for me to sign up. Consequently, I was unable to create an account. While most websites allow for registration verification via email, that was not an option here. I received only one email confirming that an order had been placed; there were no further updates regarding shipment or delivery. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue with an online retailer. I had to leave my accommodation and travel abroad unexpectedly; I sent multiple emails to Boots Ireland, but received no response. I also visited a store and explained the situation to a staff member, who tried calling the company on my behalf, but no one answered. My package—which contained a rather expensive item—arrived only after I had already left the country. There is not a single person available to assist with returns, and there is no invoice to be found. This place is absolutely terrible.

Better online……
I recommend Boots online as they have a vast range of products, speedy delivery and an option to collect in store. I do find many of the actual stores carry poor and often depleted ranges of stock so really, for me, online is the best option.

Easy to order; quick delivery but poor protective packaging
Easy to order. Quick enough to deliver. However, you need to have more protective packaging around the items in the box. I ordered shampoo, cleansers and moisturiser. There was only one thin sheet of brown paper around them that offered no protection. It was extremely lucky that none of the items were damaged or spilled, despite the outer box being damaged. You really need to take more care of sending fragile items.
