Fabulous service! My item arrived damaged and the customer service was fuss free, sending me a replacement in super-fast time. No quibbles. Have used Born before and they are very competitive and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

Not the fault of Born Haircare but I wish Alterna would sort out the pump dispenser on the Canvas conditioner as they never work. I think it is because the liquid is too thick as the shampoo bottles are always ok.

It does exactly what it says on the tin, an excellent service by a company that pride themselves in getting it right first time.

Very prompt delivery and a great bonus to find the two Alterna Caviar 250ml products came in their own velvet pouch. Great customer service in adding Jersey to delivery destinations but it's a shame the VAT can't be deducted (not that this detracts from the products themselves).

The products were ok, the packaging was severely damaged and an old Amazon box with the original address ripped off, the products are fine but due to the damaged packaging they were a bit busted themselves. It’s not what tou expect after paying £170…

Purchased a Neal and Wolf hairdryer. Good price and dispatched quickly. My only issue was the time it took to arrive said 48 hours but actually took 4 days. Think it was more a Royal Mail issue than Born Hair Care.
