15/10 Experience - Thank You
15/10 experience. I reached out to their customer service team because they have a product that I cannot find at any other retailer, but they didn’t ship to the US. Claire responded and within days they had turned on US shipping. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. I placed my order and UPS lost some of the products and damaged others. I reached out again to Claire and she is going to have replacements sent despite this being an issue with UPS, not them. They have really gone above and beyond to make for a good experience, and I know I’ll be back in the future to buy other things. Thank you so much to Claire and the Fulfillment team at Born Hair Care. I have been looking for this product for 3 years (it’s discontinued), and I’m so happy to have some again!

Faultless customer service
I ordered some shampoo and conditioner, and the shampoo wasn’t in stock. Claire emailed me letting me know the situation immediately, and when she realised it wouldn’t be available for a while, sought an alternative from a stylist specifically for my hair type, which would arrive quicker. Absolutely faultless customer service, nothing was too much trouble, and I really recommend the company on the personal touch, which you don’t get too much of these days. Would definitely order from them again. A*
