UPDATE: they emailed me and then asked me to give them my addresss, DOB and full name. is this actually a legitimate company? or is this something from a compound in Myanmar?

at first I thought it was just spam. BUT IT TURNS OUT someone fraudulently used my info to start an account with them and there is absolutely NO phone number to call to deal with this serious issue.

if you can't afford a phone line for a company what are you doing as a business? This is a huge red flag.

Then being told I have to wait 1-3 business days to have someone deal with this? GARBAGE.

The person who made this account also doesn't have a real phone number as I have now gone into their account after being able to change the account password after REPEATEDLY asking for help in this matter.

I called the person and their phone number isn't even assigned. what are you guys running here? Is this account just created to phish? Is this business just a front for email scamming and phishing?

When identity thieves started pinging credit agencies with fraudulent activity Sarah didn’t care that I’d never even had a Borrowell account. Once she confirmed my identity she went the extra mile and shut them down. Then she followed up to let me know what else I might be able to do to protect my credit rating. I mean, who offers this kind of service?

I was locked out due to circumstances that this company were able to address very quickly and professionally! They were were very helpful and communicated throughout ensuring my information Is safe so absolutely deserving of the 5 stars. Their app does exactly what it says it does and what I agreed to in the terms of service.

This website is ok, it will soft read your score. However it's a completely for profit site. They will continuously mislead you into logging in their site in order to hopefully sell you a new product.

The customer service representatives at this business are just freaking awesome!!
I ran into a situation that for some reason I was blocked from entering their site. Contacted them through email and the same representative over the course of 4/5 days walked me through the process and got me up and going again. The individual in question was polite, positive courteous, and above all was very patient with me through the whole ordeal.
Now, for the service they provide… it is so helpful in keeping you up on one’s financial situation.
I highly recommend Borrowell to all persons who would like to track their financial situation.
