I received the bag on 19 September, after opening i found that quality of bag was highly poor. Moreover, its mesh lining was also found torn / damaged.

I immediately shared concern on Borsa WhatsApp but there was no response. I then also filled on-line return form on Borsa website. Its been 07 days but no response from Borsa. I am highly disappointed with the quality of bag and such a pathetic customer service. At least borsa should contact me regarding return.

Following are the anomalies found in bag, few pics also attached:

1. Mesh lining materials inside is already found torn / damaged inside bag
2. Buckles quality is cheapest and looks like that of a 3rd class bag
3. Net used at backside is highly low grade and can easy tear apart.
4. Top grap handle quality is very poor and foam layer used in it are totally visible, just covered with poor quality net which can tear anytime and all foam layers will be out.
5. Material used in mesh lining is pethetic and can easy tear with just a small push.

I want immediate return of money.

Just received the parcel,The quality of bag does not look like the advertised video also the straps does not look appealing as well the bag is very lightweight and the other thing is they advertised that lock is included in the order but I did not receive any lock. They should provide what they committed, also the bag looks bit elongated as compared to the add as in the add it was more compact emo square shaped but now it is more elongated

The most pathetic customer service. Ordered the garment duffle 2.0, got a cheap leather resin garment bag. Contracted their customer support on almost all forums, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook etc, but no response after I mentioned that the parcel was wrong. Tgey should be sued in court for this fraud.

The items delivered are extremely bad quality

They are big big big scammers. The 5000 bag was so so cheap, it looked like it won't cost even 1000 in local market. And of course, all the lies they say about their return n exchange policy on their website. Their Customer Support is Shit, and don't respond to you.

⚠️ Very Disappointing Experience — Beware Before Ordering!

Before ordering, I thought their product was worth the price, but I was completely wrong. The anti-theft lock shown in their advertisement was missing, and the actual product quality was far below what was advertised. The rack was shown as leather, but the material I received looked extremely cheap and low quality.

I contacted their customer service multiple times through calls and messages but received no response at all. I also submitted their refund form multiple times. Each time, the website said I would receive an email shortly, but I still haven’t received any confirmation or response regarding my refund.

There is a significant difference between their advertised bags and the ones they send, which are of cheaper quality. They won't reply to your messages either. Avoid buying.

Ordered 3rd time and received my package. Paid in full and there was no Lock in there and extra bag as advertised on their website. Reached out to customer service, and they are not responding at all! Worst ever experience. Fakest website!

I ordered the bag and received a 3rd quality school bag. No customer services at all! stay away from scam.

Pathetic Quality and Customer Service.
I wanted to order from them and asked for the video of the actual product because there are horrible reviews online and in response customer service was so rude and they just cancelled my order.

It's clear that these guys are doing Fraud.

I got intrigued from their Facebook bag video and ordered their T67 backpack. However I asked for their accrual bag video, which was way too off. Stitching was bad, strap was low quality, material seemed different, and no tablet sleeve. On inquiring, they immediately canceled order saying I should order again when satisfied, and they blocked me on WhatsApp. That says it all

Borsa.pk is a fake and scammer brand. This is easily one of the biggest online scams of the year. The quality of the products they show in their videos and on their website is completely different from what they actually deliver. The delivered quality is unbelievably poor. I have never seen such terrible quality in a bag before.

Guys, please don’t even think about buying from them. It’s one of the shittiest bags I’ve ever had. The product they delivered looks nothing like the videos and pictures on their website and instagram page.

It’s not even low-quality leather, it’s cheap, horrible-quality rexine. They are complete fraudsters and scammers. And when you try to request a refund or return, they simply block you.

I'm a victim of their fraud. When I purchased
1. The order was delivered after 7 days; their claim time is 3–5 days max.
2. They label the backpack as "PREMIUM LEATHER BACKPACK," but it's not even leather. It's actually 3rd-quality rexin.
3. In the description they have mentioned " Heavy-Duty Aluminium Based Keyless Lock (You can set your own 3 digit passcode)." In reality, the lock is already loose and almost broken. To reset the password they shared a QR code, which is printed on a piece of paper the printing quality is so good that it's not even scannable.
4. The "Secure YKK zippers for long-lasting durability " are acutally local market zippers.
5. The back pocket is torn from upper side.

When I tried to contact them, they did not reply. I left a 1-star review; they even removed that.

They are running a cash on delivery scam! becareful! i recieved a wrong bag which was also damaged, the trolly handles were broken and the bag was not leather its a cheap product. i try to refund and contacted them multiple times within the period they mentioned they gave no response and blocked me on facebook and instagram too. my 20000pkr just lost. please save your money and buy from elsewere. they also have only fake reviews on their website! i wish i saw trust pilot earlier!

Low quality, worth under 1500. false advertising, no extra bag came in the parcel. DO NOT ORDER!!!
