I placed an order for a bag, but the item I received is of very poor quality. The bag has double stitches, and it looks completely different from the one shown in your pictures. Moreover, the essentials shown in the product photos were missing. I have already raised a complaint on WhatsApp and Instagram, but I have not received a serious response yet. This feels unfair, as it seems customers’ trust and emotions are being taken for granted while the focus is only on making money.

Purchased a Laptop Bag. But its quality is very cheap not upto the standard or shown in the pictures on the web. pictures indicate other accessories as well but only bag received.

I strongly recommend avoid buying from this store.

Extremely disappointing experience. The order I received was in very poor condition and far below the expected quality. I genuinely regret placing this order. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other customers to think twice before ordering. Definitely not recommended. 1/5 ⭐

This is very low quality bag, Very light weight product and very cheap quality. Totally different bag from their ad and actual product, sham on them

Misleading and highly disappointing experience. I ordered a laptop bag, but the product I received is completely different from what was advertised on the website. It lacks the compartments and features shown in the product images, and the overall quality is extremely poor. The stitching is untidy with visible double seams, and the bag looks nothing like the one promoted online.

To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach the seller through any of their contact channels. Their PTCL number, phone number, email, and Instagram messages have all gone unanswered, leaving no way to request a return or refund.

Based on my experience, the product does not match its description, the quality is unacceptable, and the customer service has been non-existent. I would strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution before placing an order.

Facebook pe add dekh ke do bag mangway different color kay. inho nay dono black send kr day. bag ke quality bohat poor ha. na in ka number chalta ha na email ka reply karty han. bacho in logo say inhe Allah ka dar khoof nahi ha.

Completely bad quality and nothing like as what is advertised, Plus the Handle as string like rope which looks like they can break anytime if you'll wear them.
Their are no Inner compartments as shown in the Advertisement, and the very next day, After i paid 3,400 PKR for 2 bags, i got ridiculously low grade bags, which are not even worth 600 or 700 PKR

Worst experience. Placed first order but product is not what displayed and ordered. Also product quality was bad, poorly stitched.

ke sath bilkul achi nahi rahi. Website par jo pictures aur products dikhaye jate hain, reality mein waisa item receive nahi hota. Quality bhi expected level ki nahi thi aur customer service ne bhi proper response nahi diya. Online reviews dekh kar lagta hai ke sirf mujhe hi nahi, aur logon ko bhi same issues face huye hain. Main recommend nahi karunga ke bina achi tarah verify kiye yahan se order karein.

different material , wrong sizing , just 2 pockets and no extra compartments as shown in picture , very cheap and low quality material and pathetic customer service.They dont even bother to reply you on email or insta .Basically they are scaming people.

The bag is not as advertised. It was shown with 10 organized pockets, but the actual product has none of the proper organization. The brown color also has a blackish shine/luster and does not look like real brown. Overall quality is very poor with visible stitching and fabric issues.
The laptop cover is completely different as well—it is black instead of brown, and the zipper design is not the same as shown in the advertisement.
Also, the back of the bag was shown as structured/foam-type in the images, but the one I received is plain and simple fabric.
Overall, a misleading product and not worth the money.

Scam. they did not even answer your calls or massages.

What they show and what they deliver are completely opposite.
I placed an order for a laptop bag which is absolutely not what I have recieved. There are no such compartments and essentials bags as advertised and the overall quality is less tahn poor.
There was a "Buy 1 Get 1" offer on this bag but I have recieved only one and that too with no essentials pouches with it.
Their PTCL number, phone number, email and Instagram chat are all UNRESPONSIVE.
Worst quality, No customer service, Fake offers.
