Bossa Hearing 

Poor quality. Not even a good amplifier let alone “hearing aid”.
Don’t waste your money.

These hearing aids are nothing but junk,They are worthless,they can't be adjusted to what you need them for, they don't fit properly and they don't hold a charge, I will definitely not purchase anything from this company

if i could give no stars i would ordered a 2nd pair of hearing aids last year. kept getting the run around about a part on back order then nothing the company was gone no hearing aids or a refund

I was so excited to get an “extra” pair of hearing aids. Well it took forever to finally get them and after contacting them over and over they finally sent them. They lasted about a week. The left one totally died. does not work at all. They also make weird noises when wearing them. Called the company for help .. disconnected number. They certainly didn’t hesitate to take my money to give me a faulty product. I wish I knew how I can hold them accountable for failed advertising on a faulty product

I am 62 years old man.i use verity type of aids but no good last $1300 dollar I spend money but no good service.two years ago I buy one set bossa hearing aids very cheap price it's very good for me.i again order more 3 set they delivered all and I use it every day.suddenly they are closed I no contact bcz I again order.i am lucky person I no loss money or order item.i love bossa..I miss you..

I’ve been waiting over a year for my refund!
I’ve called, e-mailed and at first I got a generic response . Now, nothing at all. I paid to ship hearing aids back to them.
They completely ignore you and keep your money. They are Cons!!! I reported them as fraud! DO NOT send them any money!!!!

Like everyone else, I ordered a pair of hearing aids in May 2024, had a delay, then no communication, no product, and no refund. I contacted the Arizona BBB, but they couldn't get in touch with Bossa either.
Do not send them any money!

Horrible company to deal with lots of BS advertising product arrived, but it’s garbage doesn’t work unable to get through to customer service customer relations just to waste of money don’t buy from them

Can't review product since I never received it. Ordered Dec/23 - like many others have not received product.
Don't throw your money away on this company.

Order in May 2024, never received. Wish I read reviews ahead of ordering. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU CAN FIND THEM.

Just don't even think about placing an order. You won't receive it. You won't be able to get in contact with anyone. You won't get a refund when the order doesn't arrive. Just don't do it.

I returned the products, but I am still waiting for my refund 6 months later.

Great marketing and lots of promises. Customer service is horrid at best and often nonexistent. Do NOT expect any replies to inquiries. Do NOT expect to ever hear back from the company. DO NOT ORDER THIS COMPANY unless you have money you are desperate to throw away.

In April of 2024. I ordered 2 sets of hearing aids from Bossa Hearing Aids. I was lied to twice about shipping. I finally cancelled the order of $133.97. I was told they would email at the time of the refund. As of October 5th /024. No refund. Phone number or email is no longer good.

never retired my calls or emails to request a refund!!!!
Their phone number was fraudulent also!!!
I still have the product in the event this company gets action used against them
So many people were deceived, money taken and never a reply for refund!!

Company has Closed!!! hope they get caught and return everyones money! There were many!!!!!

Same story as many people. Ordered the TX-5 mini and never received them. After 3 months, I tried to cancel and they offered me free add ons. I pressed for a refund then absolutely nothing happened. I have since reported them to the BBB and my bank. My bank did refund me, so at least I got money back, but they are obviously bankrupt, out of business, or just thieves.

Ordered my hearing aids in may 2024 as of August 2024 no hearing aids have been sent I have sent a number of emails and have received no reply the hearing aids were supposed to be shipped in 7-10 days still waiting

Ordered TX-5 Mini February 17, received them in Châteauguay QC March 26. My wife has been using them since and she is very satisfied, so it makes me happy. I would like to order 3 more for other family members but web site closed

Scam! Took my money and never received any products! Don't bother with this company

My first order was a TX5-MINI PLUS+, I receive after 2 months waiting, it works fine.
I placed a second order for Proton MAX in April to make sure to have a backup in case my first purchase brakes, I am waiting since 4 months without result, I've sent too many emails asking to understand if they had a problem, they never replied, they didn't offer to refund if they are unable to satisfy my order.
I am still waiting,
I see they have a new Internet and facebook page with new modeks but they never reply to cistomer waiting to receive thier pending orders.
They behave now like Scammers!!

Didn't receive my order since April, all my emails stayed without answer
