*If you make an error on your order after business hours you cannot edit any part of the order & there is no cancel option online or in email confirmation. I contacted them less than 10 minutes after placing the order (6 minutes after business hours) by phone and email and could not edit my order.

ok experience not great...they have good prices
Some items were damaged in shipping and while unpacking the box, I was cut by the shattered glass...would have been nice if someone had acknowledged that. Yes, they did offer to refund or replace.

Website was easy to search for the bottle I needed, and helpfully suggested the appropriate lids and put the right quantity into my order.

Our recent order was shipped in two packages, of which one got misplaced (on our end). Contacted customer service and Lisa did an excellent job tracking down the order from your end.
