Called Bounce Back Carpets in to clean our living room carpet as it was heavily soiled due an having an elderly dog and having recent building works. I was truly surprised how well they managed to clean it up, and it smells amazing. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish - would highly recommend!

I booked Ashley to clean our carpets after we had a water leak which left a dirty yellow stain. Although, I tried to remove the stain with the help of a Rug Doctor, it didn’t work and if anything, it left the carpets in a worse state. Ashley did an amazing job and managed to clean the carpets quickly and efficiently. He removed the stubborn stains and made the carpets look brand new. Our carpet is very light grey colour and I didn't think it could be cleaned but he proved me wrong. He was extremely professional and really friendly,I highly recommend him and I will be passing his details to all my friends and family. Thank you soo much for all your help Ashley.

Excellent service from start to finish, Ashley responded to my enquiry straight away, he explained he was booked up but if he had a cancellation he would fit me in, which happened.
They came today were very professional and friendly, offered really good advice. The rates are very competitive and they did a great Job, highly recommend.

Ashley and the team did a great job cleaning my light grey sofa. The service was fast and efficient, from booking to the actual cleaning. Ashley is very responsive to messages which really helps. He left me with some powerful fans overnight to speed up the drying process. I’m extremely happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone!

From the very first enquiry, service was friendly, prompt and professional. This was a big job which was well priced. The day of cleaning was completed quickly and with little disruption (I work from home). We have wool carpets throughout and WOW do they look amazing. The carpets also dried really quickly. We are really happy with the results and will definitely use Bounceback carpets again.
