The workmen arrived as agreed and worked extremely hard for 2 days. They then cleaned and cleared everything. They were courteous and consulted me about various points throughout the job. I am extremely pleased with the work so far. Am now waiting for the final top surface to be laid on my drive

Very impressed with the entire process, we had a patio with stairs at the front of the house and a path at the rear done. There was no hard sell which is always a relief, good communication from the Company before and during the works. We had numerous different workers during the time it took to complete the work, (weather delayed some of the processes) all were very friendly, extremely hard working and very well organised.

The preparation and drive laying was excellent, with the guys undertaking the work doing so politely, professionally and working hard to getting our 130 square metre drive completed in three days. We'd been thinking about getting our driveway done for ages but had never got around to doing anything about it. Then by chance Bound2impress happened to knock upon our door as they were doing the rounds in our area seeking business. We decided to get a quote.
Sean came and went through the options with us and was able to point us to other properties in our area that had had work done, so we went out and looked at a few and spoke to one lady who had had her drive and patio done - she was very pleased with the service she has received and all the drives we looked at looked really lovely - so we decided to go ahead.

Everything went like clockwork - the marterials were all delivered the day before the work was to commence, and the 2 workmen arrived on time and completed the job in a day. They were very polite and worked hard, and also worked very tidily.

We are very pleased with the results, our driveway looks great now and we are very happy with the service we received from Bound2impress.

Wow! ... What a change, 90 sqm replacing an old slabbed area, difficult access to the rear garden but the team did us proud, all removed by barrow to the front and disposed by lorry very quickly, 5 day job total including 1 day delay for rain, a very hard working and polite team with an eye for finish and detail, Very pleased with the result and would recommend to anyone👌

Very impressed with the new resin drive completed by this company. The two men who did all the work were very polite and extremely hard working. They did an amazing job and we are very pleased with the finished driveway.

Bound2Impress took a front garden area from what used to be covered in pea shingle to an amazing durable finish.

The job went well despite the weather being against the ground-workers at times and was completed within the quoted two days.

We took before, during and after photos to catalogue the process and we are very impressed not only with the finished area but also the ground-workers and office staff (Sam and Jess) who answered any questions with a friendly, positive attitude.

We will definitely be using them again for other areas at our property.

Update 3/10/24 in response to reply from B2I.

The UPVC edges have nothing to do with the poor repair, it was perfectly finished before they had to make the repairs due to the poor finish of the trims!!! The break in the resin is around the hole edge of the patio exactly where the "repair" was done and now the step has failed. When the repair was suggested by the engineer ( I won't name him) I asked if it would be strong enough or noticeable. He said hopefully not but not sure, to which I asked which was the next step, he said it would all be need to be replaced. They tried 2 more repairs to try and get out of doing what should have been done and replacing all of the resin.

They are telling the trush about one bit, I did go one the resin before it was fully cured, only because they told me they would be at my property after 4 to do ANOTHER repair as they were in Andover all day. I came home at 3 to make sure I was in, no one turned up. I called the office which was closed so had the engineers number. He said he had come in the morning to do the repair. 2 Major issues with that. 1, they entered my property without permission and 2, the cracks were still there after their "repair" in the morning. The reason I didn't think they had been was because I could still see the cracks.

I still have no idea if they actually came or not as there was no communication or proof just their word.

Now I'm left with a massive bill to try and get it sorted, yes I have got some money back from them and I'm making a case for the rest. It seems to be a theme they threaten with legals to try and get away with delivering horrendous service and finish!!

If you want you patio planned poorly, not finished in time, shocking finish, horrendous attempts as trying to repair it and then when you still have issues accuse you of deliberately damaging it!! I’ve had new companies to visit to provide quotes and reports to build a claim. They have both said the work and repair work is appalling and it need ripping up and starting again.

Also be aware they, quote from one company name and invoice in another company name.

So if you want to be thousands out of pocket, be stressed and be accused of deliberate damage please use this company.

If you want a good job, 100% do not use this company!!!

We had our driveway transformed recently by Bound2Impress and we are thrilled with the results. We previously had a half tarmac, half gravel driveway, which was such a mess as it was on a slope so totally unsuitable. The work was completed from start to finish in less than 48 hours, the guys worked so hard and were polite and tidy. Communication was great when I had some questions. Would definitely recommend

I had a resin driveway done. The workman worked tirelessly to prepare my drive and we’re very polite and friendly. That got it prepared ready for the next part of the team to come the next day to lay the resin.
When the team arrived they got on with laying all the layers then the resin on top.
Despite 15 mins of rain in which they carried on laying the resin they were hard working and did a good job and cleared everything so we can appreciate the drive. We are pleased with the result and so are my neighbours who have remakes how nice it is and it’s transformed the frontage of our home.

We first met a representative of the company and he was very helpful in explaining the product and the process of preparing the site ready for the resin to be spread. We were then able to discuss with him how we would like our driveway improved. There was no hard sell.

The job of transforming our driveway started on a very hot Monday morning. The men were friendly and polite and worked incredibly hard to clear away the old block paving in exceedingly hot conditions. The whole process was very well organised so that all evidence of the old driveway had been taken away by the end of the day and supplies for the next days work had been delivered.

I will be honest. We were very pleased with the look of our driveway when the resin had been spread but we were concerned with part of the edging. Its quality did not match the high standard of the rest of the driveway. However, what is important is that a few days later the head foreman returned and worked really hard for nearly three hours to re-do the edging for us. He would not leave until we were completely happy.

We now have the very smart driveway we dreamed of having. There have been many words of praise from neighbours and friends. My husband and I could definitely recommend Bound2Impress as a company you could rely on to give you a first class product and leave you with a driveway to be proud of.
