Boundaryoutlet Avaliações

I have visited the Skopes clothing area in the Grantham Boundary Outlet store twice recently in connection with my daughter's wedding. Each time I have been looked after by Jo, who was exemplary. She set a standard that anyone working in this type of role should aim to reach - she was friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and professional throughout both my visits. Well done Jo, and thank you!

Was really very helpful and polite nothing was too much trouble.

Visited the store in Walsall, I don't really write reviews for store visits but on this occasion a felt I needed as our experience there was exceptional. Really good parking, convenient just off motorway. Well laid out and easy to browse and spend money! Something for everyone, staff are really nice and lots around to help, thank you to the lady in pavers who was great help to my mum, also big shout out to the young man in the bedding department, sorry we did'nt get your names. Cafe was great and well priced, cant wait to return, great shopping, Good job to all staff and thank you for making it such a great place.

Thank you Sylvia in shoes Pavers department for excellent customer care

I was so impressed with the excellent service from Newcastle Shiremoor branch of Boundary Outlet I was shopping for a three piece suit from the Skopes department. I was served by Michael, he was so efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, the suit that I chose didn’t have the waistcoat in the size that I needed, Michael went out of his way to source the the waistcoat from another branch of Boundry Outlet , he said that he was working at a different branch and would telephone me if he could get the size that I need. Within two days Tracy from the Skopes department rang me to say that the exact waistcoat that I wanted had been sourced and was waiting for me to collect.
Thank you so much for this excellent and friendly service.

What a fantastic asset Gemma M is in the coffee shop at the Walsall branch of Boundary Mills. So polite and attentive and a lovely smile x this lady has got what it takes and will go far. Thank you Gemma for making our dining experience extra special Ian & Barbara Hayward Sutton Coldfield West Midlands
