I love the quality and feel to all the bound products! Got a recent order where some sticthing was undone and Ruby was so pleasant and quick to resolve the issue and send out a new one straight away!

I had an issue with my order from Bound, but it was sorted straight away! I was dealing with Ruby, and she was absolutely amazing — so friendly, professional, and quick to help. She solved my problem immediately and made the whole experience stress-free. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service — thank you, Ruby and the Bound team!

I adore my leggings. They are comfortable beyond anything and fit so well.
I also have the grey zippy which is the cosiest hoodie ever! I return to bound all of the time for more clothes.

The Bound apparel team/ customer service is next to none. I dealt with a lovely girl named Ruby, she couldn’t possibly have done anymore for me. Between answering any questions I had and then as well as solving a problem I had (my fault not theirs). So helpful and responses were fast. Thanks again Ruby!

In error I purchased the wrong item from Bound Apparel. On receipt of my confirmation, I contacted them and had outstanding service from Ruby within minutes. She gave me return instructions and I sent back my incorrect items. There was a small issue with the refund amount and again I messaged Ruby who replied immediately rectifying the matter. There are lots of companies helpful with errors and returns. No company I have ever dealt with replies so quickly. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Ruby.

Recently ordered the new Space Blue tank and leggings. The design is lovely and had great potential however the fabric feels cheap. The straps on the top keep falling down and the top lacks support. The labels both on the clothes and the tags attached look very cheap considering the cost of the pieces. Really hope they make some improvements as love the styles!

My experience with Bound Apparel.
I had ordered the ultimate grey bottoms and ultimate grey zippy on Friday 3rd October and received the parcel Saturday 4th October.
By mistake I was sent two bottoms, instead of the zippy jumper and bottoms.

I had emailed Ruby and she was so helpful and got back to me as soon as possible to address the mix up.
Ruby was very patient and kind to helping me solve the mix up.
Explained everything through email on the steps I should take to do my part to resolve this.
I am very happy with the service Ruby has provided to me and found Ruby lovely to deal with.

I have so many pieces from Bound Apparel (leggings, shorts, tops, jumpers, and pants) and I can honestly say the quality never disappoints. Every item feels amazing, fits perfectly, and lasts so well. I find myself reaching for Bound whether I’m in the gym, heading out for a walk or run, or even styling their tops with jeans for a casual look. I probably own way too much Bound Apparel at this stage with half my wardrobe being it, but I wouldn’t change a thing!🔥💕🥰

On top of that, the girls behind Bound Apparel are the sweetest, loveliest, and most stylish people. If you don’t already follow them on Instagram or TikTok, you’re definitely missing out.

Ruby dealt with my query about a return and I got a very fast and efficient response to my email. The customer service with Bound Apparel is so good and so personal and straight forward. I’ve had previous queries also and returned items and have always been impressed with the service :)

That girl is an absolute credit to be part of bound Apparel. She is so kind friendly and a little sweetheart!
I emailed the other day asking about the grey set and she told me it would be announced in 2 weeks.

She went out of her way today and emailed me and told me when it was going to be in stock! Such a kind sweet gesture 😭 Like what an absolute darling!

Reallyyy impressed with the quality of the leggings and tank tops! Super flattering and comfortable. The leggings are actually worth the money imo. I'm a size 10 and they fit like a glove. Camel toe resistant! I couId'nt recommend them enough!! I will say with the tank tops, I'm a 34DD and I got a size 10. A very comfortable fit but I got a size 8 as well and it feels more secure. Size 6 is surprisingly very comfortable too! Makes the girls look incredible haha. I will be purchasing more in the future!
