Bound apparel are always efficient and so understanding when you reach out for help about sizing or inquiries about orders, I have always had a great experience when needing help from the bound girlies, especially Ruby shes so understanding and lovely and she’s always so quick to respond.
Their quality of products is amazing and I highly recommend.

I made an exchange for a tank top with Ruby from Bound Apparel and she was so so kind and efficient to deal with. It was honestly such a hassle free experience and my exchange top came super quick! Would defo recommend.

Had an issue with flares I received and got a reply within the same day from Ruby who was so lovely and easy to deal with ❤️ had a replacement sent the same day and my issue was resolved! They are so passionate about their business and pride themselves in keeping their customers happy which I definitely am 😊

I bought my first tracksuit back in March, i text the girls on Instagram about sizing and Ruby was so helpful, sending me an email with a sizing chart and everything which was great! Obsessed with my tracksuit & also just got their Tua Tank which is literally my go-to now that I have them (i got white and maroon), can’t wait for my next purchase from the girls, thank you so much!

The quality of the clothes is absolutely top notch. I wanted to exchange my track pants and there was amazing customer service from Ruby with quick replies and being so kind and helpful. All packages are delivered within days so there is definitely no waiting around. Overall I had an amazing experience with the company and would definitely purchase from them again, so worth it!

I had a really really great experience all round purchasing from Bound Apparel but in particular with the customer service. I had purchased an item in the wrong size and was struggling with exchanging it and Ruby honestly made it the most pleasant experience I’ve had with any type of customer service, treating me with nothing but kindness while also being very efficient responding to me. I highly recommend for anyone to purchase from here and I will definitely be doing so again.

The items I ordered arrived so quickly both times. The quality of the hoodies is just insane. They wash really well and they're so cosy. I absolutely love them and fear I am going to have to have them all!

I picked the wrong colour leggings by accident and I contacted customer service to see if I could swap them and Ruby was so nice and helpful sheoffered me an exchange when I received my order but I loved them so I bought another pair 100% will buy more
