I unfortunately sent two of these gifts and the recipients were not impressed or happy with it. There were no care instructions - It looked dead - I was embarrassed at the presentation - I would like a refund - Terrible experience for me as a gift giver

The product itself is exactly as expected. The delivery ended being later than hoped. Ordered to deliver before Mother’s Day. I was messaged 4 or 5 days prior saying that it wouldn’t deliver until after the holiday. I continued with the late shipment. The other small issue was that my mom texted me asking how to care for it because there were no notes shipped with the plant, so I had to search on their website for instructions. Not ideal service.
My mom loves plants so I decided to send her this instead of flowers this year and she thought it was so cute
All delivered well, but an out-of-town gift so haven't actually seen. Recipient likes it.
I don't know about the product because my order was cancelled and I was notified that it could only be delivered after mothers day - not very helpful since it was a mothers day gift - very disappointing
The plant we received doesn’t look like the one on the website, I completely understand that they won’t be exactly alike but this is very deceptive. Not only was the size an issue, but the plant came with some orange spots and it doesn’t look healthy. Also some leaves are not completely attached to the bottom root. I’m not sure how long it will last.
