Nie wieder!
Ich habe im April eine Bestellung retourniert und per Mail eine Bestätigung bekommen aber bis heute (Juli!) mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Trotz mehrfacher Nachrichten über verschiedene Kanäle reagiert der Shop überhaupt nicht – keinerlei Rückmeldung!
Und als wäre das nicht genug: Für die Rücksendung wurden mir 30 € von der Post berechnet, was zwar vertraglich geregelt ist, jetzt soll ich angeblich nochmal Zollgebühren von 30€ zahlen, obwohl die Retoure längst abgewickelt wurde.
Leider absolut unseriöses Verhalten – ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier zu bestellen. Für mich absolut nicht empfehlenswert – Finger weg!

Habe 3 Sachen für ca 120€ bestellt und wollte Dinge zurückschicken.
Rücksendung, und der teure Versand ca 20€ in die Schweiz müsst ihr selber zahlen + Geld wurde nicht zurückgezahlt. Angeblich weil es riecht. Unverschämtheit!!! Kundenservice gibt es nicht, Retour müsst ihr selbst kümmern und mit einem bot reden.
War eine teure Bestellung - nie wieder.

I made an order worth £147 on 15th January 2025 and as of 29th June 2025 I still haven't received my order. When I initially contacted them, they responded in March stating that there was an issue with DHL and that the order had been returned to the sender and that they would reship the order.
However, when I contacted them again in May as I was still waiting on my order, they responded by sending the DHL Postage status and said it had been delivered. The email and DHL status were sent in German, and so I asked if they had a proof of delivery in English so I could try and see where the item had been delivered. From what I could make out the package status said it was in the Netherlands and the final stop was Germany, but the address for delivery was the UK. Since then, there has been no response to my emails. I spent £147 and received nothing.

Ich liebe die Sachen von Boxinton! Erstens die Motive zweitens die Qualität. Ich würde immer wieder bestellen.

Print und Qualität ist Mega gut, hab so viele Komplimente bekommen und ich finde die Message toll.

Die Qualität ist super und der Abdruck fühlt sich hochqualitativ an. Das Team ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit weiterempfehlen 🤩

Ik heb twee T-shirts besteld, puur vanwege de boodschap die erop stond en omdat ze zeggen dat er een deel naar een goed doel gaat. Dat is het enige wat me overtuigde – want eerlijk: de prijzen zijn belachelijk hoog voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt.

De shirts zijn uiteindelijk aangekomen (wat volgens andere reviews ook niet altijd gebeurt), maar wat ik kreeg is ronduit schandalig: flinterdunne stof, slordige afwerking, en de maten kloppen van geen kanten. Ik heb hen meteen gemaild – één keer een vaag antwoord gekregen, daarna radiostilte. Geen hulp, geen oplossing.

Wat het nog erger maakt: negatieve reacties op sociale media worden systematisch verwijderd. Niet alleen die van mij, maar ook van andere klanten die kritiek geven. Ze proberen actief slechte ervaringen te verbergen in plaats van hun service te verbeteren.

Dit bedrijf verdient absoluut geen vertrouwen. Ze gebruiken een ‘goed doel’-verhaal als marketingtruc, leveren ondermaatse producten, en behandelen klanten met complete onverschilligheid. Dat zegt alles.

Placed an order on 2nd June and with no delivery after 2 weeks, I sent the company an email on 18th June stating I hadn’t received my order and from the tracking number they provided, it said my delivery was still processing at the delivery depot in the U.K. I stated I was appalled at how long it’s taken for this order to be received as on the website, it says1-3 delivery days after confirmed receipt of order.
I also mentioned that I did not receive a separate shipping confirmation when my order was dispatched as stated also on the website.

Following this, they promptly responded with an email saying that an email should’ve been sent to me as soon as the package was shipped which didn’t happen - I had to check the status of the order myself.
I responded back to this email the next day and did not hear anything back which prompted me to send another email on the 25th June chasing the status of my order. Meanwhile, I did also reach out via Instagram DM which went unopened despite being active on their social media accounts.

I have since disputed the charge through my bank & thankfully received a refund.

All in all, I would highly suggest NOT ordering through this company. Their customer service, attitude and lack of empathy is not worth the stress. This company seems like a scam, money hungry and totally go against their very own ‘values’ which you can find on their ‘About Us’ section on their website which is ironic.

I placed an order on a Friday and minutes after I noticed that I ordered the wrong size, so I sent a mail explaining I ordered the wrong size.

I sent another mail Tuesday because I still had got no answer.

Wednesday midnight/Thursday I recieved a mail from them telling me that they are no longer able to make any changes to my order, as the order has been processed and shipped.

Totally unacceptable. I would have understood it if I had not informed them very early on the exact same day.

Ik heb een shirt besteld bij Boxington met de boodschap Free Palestine – een statement dat ik met volle overtuiging wilde uitdragen. Helaas heb ik nooit iets ontvangen. Geen verzendbevestiging, geen reactie op mijn e-mails, helemaal niets.

Het is walgelijk dat een bedrijf geld verdient over de rug van onderdrukte mensen, zonder enige intentie om te leveren. Dit voelt als oplichting in de puurste vorm. Mensen willen iets goeds doen en worden misbruikt.

Ik raad iedereen af om hier te bestellen. Wat mij betreft zijn dit gewoon ordinaire oplichters die de Palestijnse strijd gebruiken voor eigen gewin.

Ich habe 2 Shirts bestellt. Vom optischen und der Qualität gefallen sie mir sehr. Die Lieferzeit kann etwas dauern, es gibt hierzu keine konkreten Angaben auf der Webseite, jedoch habe ich nach einer kurzen Nachricht an den Support eine Antwort erhalten in welcher mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass meine Bestellung nun bevorzugt versendet wird, sodass mein Paket nach ca. 7 tagen ankam. Wie bereits gesagt optisch sehr schön, man setzt damit aufjedenfall ein Statement, die Preise sind jedoch trotzdem etwas zu hoch. Ich hätte gerne ein Shirt umgetauscht und eine andere Farbe geholt jedoch hab ich aufgrund der schlechten Bewertung zum Rückversand in die Schweiz davon abgesehen, da es jetzt nicht zwingend notwendig war. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich sagen dass ich bestimmt nochmal bestellen werde.
