Hospitality tickets were excellent. The staff were extremely accommodating, particularly the lady serving the food and drinks. The food was great quality and overall amazing tickets, I’d highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Legend – Above and Beyond Service!

I can’t thank Box Office Events enough for their outstanding service. They provided me with so many tickets and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m especially grateful to Madasar – what a top man! I genuinely need to buy him a drink in person for everything he’s done.

He’s a living legend – the kind of person the world needs more of. His work brings smiles to people’s faces and brings families together, creating unforgettable memories. An exceptional professional: reliable, organised, with incredible attention to detail. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile every single time.

Great seats, real ViP experience for me and my son at an affordable price. First time using with apprehension but honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I know where to come next time for tickets. THANK YOU for helping us make memories with Palace this season 👍🏻

Great service quick and efficient sorted me out last minute for a fa cup final ticket found out when I was in I was in front row

So good service thank you again

Fantastic service, kept me well informed about the tickets, very polite communications, definitely use them again 🙂👍

I had an incredible time attending the Crystal Palace vs Nottingham Forest match. What made the experience truly memorable was being unexpectedly upgraded to box seats at no extra cost — a fantastic surprise! The customer service throughout was top-notch: friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great day. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for any football fan looking for a premium matchday experience!

Attending the Arsenal vs Bournemouth match was a mix of highs and lows. While the excitement of the game and the atmosphere at the stadium were top-notch, the experience started off on the wrong foot due to ticket issues. We had purchased our tickets through StubHub, but unfortunately, they didn’t work at the gate, a frustrating and stressfull situation, especially considering how pricey the tickets were to begin with and I was attending with my wife
We then purchased tickets from Box Office Events at a very last minute. Thankfully Mudassar and the team completely turned things around. His professionalism, calm demeanour, and dedication to sending my tickets promptly and made sure I entered the stadium made all the difference. He went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t miss out on the match, and for that, we’re incredibly grateful.
Despite the ticket hiccup, the match itself was a let down as we lost! but overall experience ended on a high note, largely thanks to Mudassar’s help. If you’re heading to a big game, be cautious with buying from third-party ticket vendors, stick to official resellers rest assured that good people are out there to help when things go wrong.

Customer service, customer service! Prior to booking our package with Box Office Events, I reached out and they quickly answered all of my questions. Two days before the match, I couldn’t find the email with my tickets. I emailed and Adam got right back to me. He not only sent them again, but he also connected with me through What’s App and sent them. On match day, he reached out to me to make sure everything went well. It couldn’t have been better. We will certainly use them again when we come back over for another match!

Thanks Adam for sorting out my Arsenal v Real Madrid tickets.

I had the best experience for the Palace vs Brentford match, having come to Selhurst for years I have never done a hospitality box before, so it was all new for me I had the best time, the company was great, food excellent, drink excellent, box excellent! The match result.... disappointing! 😂 but I cannot thank Adam enough for sorting this for me, he deserves 10* but I can only give 5! Absolutely amazing memorable day! And I wouldn't hesitate going again!

It was a smooth process in receiving my tickets. Mudassar effectively communicated all details. The seats were great and I will definitely be using box office events again

I really enjoyed my experience. I’ve never had such close seats. I brought my partner over from Spain and he had a blast. Mud was an incredible host.

Great service. Would use them again. The host was incredible. It was smooth getting our tickets. Saheed and Mudassar ensured a smooth and swift experience.
