As a marketplace, our prices reflect supply and demand, particularly for sold-out and high-demand events, and may therefore be higher than the original ticket price.

As a ticket marketplace, our prices reflect supply and demand, event availability and market conditions at the time of purchase. Prices may therefore differ from the original face value or from prices available in other countries. We clearly state on our website that ticket prices may differ from face value so customers can make an informed purchasing decision.

Regarding ticket delivery, many clubs issue tickets to their ticket holders only the day before an event. Consequently, tickets may be delivered closer to kick-off, as was the case with your order, which was fulfilled approximately eight hours before the game. While we understand that waiting for tickets can be stressful, this timing is often dependent on the club's ticket release schedule rather than a delay within our control.

We also understand your concerns regarding the open-seating arrangements and appreciate that greater clarity around the seating format would have helped you make a more informed decision about purchasing an additional seat. We are pleased that you ultimately secured a seat you were happy with, although we regret the additional expense and uncertainty this caused.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, but we do feel it’s important to clarify a few points for accuracy.

We were in constant communication with you via WhatsApp before and during the match to support you in real time. As soon as you reported an issue, we arranged a replacement ticket and offered an upgraded seat. We also explained that you would still be able to sit next to your friend, as the original seat you purchased would remain unoccupied.

The scanning issue you experienced can occasionally happen for reasons outside of our control (including stadium system errors or device issues), but we do not sell fake tickets. As you confirmed yourself, both of you were ultimately able to enter the stadium and attend the match.

We’re particularly surprised by the 1-star review given that, in your WhatsApp messages to our team, you confirmed everything was resolved and thanked us for our support on the day.

We can’t help but wonder whether the result of the game, with Chelsea losing to Manchester United, may have influenced your overall experience and how this has been reflected in your review.

We always aim to provide a reliable and responsive service, and in this case, we acted quickly to resolve the situation and ensure you didn’t miss the game.
