Great sales support. Shopping cart forced shipping method on me, but people at sales (or at shipping ) were helpful at sorting situation. Shipping took less than forecasted.

Resposta da BPH Sales
Hi Noel,
We do apologize for the additional, unexpected delays encountered - we understand the pressures this can add to your own project scheduling and timing!
We always try our best to meet our committed dates, but sometimes things happen outside our scope of control. Rest assured, we are reviewing your case in more detail to see where we can minimize this risk for similar future customized solutions.
As was communicated previously, the factory encountered manufacturing delays with this custom solution. We had offered the 100% refund, which we understand does not resolve the multi-week delay, but do want to re-iterate that we did have regular and timely communication throughout the entire process.
Again, please accept our apologies and we hope that you will provide us with another chance when it comes time for your next project.
With best regards,
The BPH Sales Team

HRV unit
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I called to order a unit and was advised to take a different unit which was superior for my application and was also going on sale the following day, which they gave to me.
