Process was easy
Process was easy, tracking was good. Seemed to take awhile to get picked up from the warehouse, so a faster departure would have got 5 stars.

They always make it easy
I need to add something else to the order I placed online the day before and it was not a problem for them. I feel like they took good care of me. I will continue to make Atlas my first choice like I have done since my first purchase with them 4 years ago

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service both in store and after purchase online.
My package took 9 days to get here, BUT I was actually explained WHY which didn't make things less annoying, but was honest and appreciated.

TOP SERVICE and PRICE
I have taken advantage of their great online specials several times, and the service and shipping speed have always been consistent—with orders arriving even sooner than the estimated delivery time. I also appreciate the note they include in every package, thanking us for doing business with them. It’s hard not to keep coming back when the service is this good! :-)
