When I first contacted you for advice…
When I first contacted you for advice on purchasing a replacement camcorder similar to my old one I was informed that the model I was interested in was no longer in production. However, you were very helpful about finding a model as similar as possible to the one I had been used to. You were also honest about availability. I therefore knew I had to wait quite a while until stock arrived but at least I was aware of the situation. The camcorder arrived in due course and I am very pleased.

I've bought most of my gear from BPS over the last few years. Top personal customer service from Lee, who has superb knowledge, whilst giving very competitive prices. Love the personal feel you get with BPS over some of the larger companies where you don't get the same personal customer experience. Looking forward to buying more kit soon.
