you can only get updates on the status of order if you have an account with Bradfords. So, I am waiting for delivery but cannot get any information as I do not have an account and am not a business customer

Very happy
I didn't have an online account and this may have been why I didn't get a text to say my Click and Collect was ready. The Bradfords' people were great at following up on this, as were the people in the yard.

Potentially prevented some serious injury
I ordered a replacement glazed unit for a Velux window after it suddenly just went bang. Bradfords realised there was a possible recall on the type of unit I'd ordered. They contacted me and gave me the number to call Velux on. I made the call and sure enough Velux confirmed that the unit and 4 others in the house needed to be replaced as they could spontaneously smash.
Bradfords cancelled and refunded my order without hesitation.
In my opinion, they could have just taken my money and I'd have been none the wiser. Instead, I've now been able to eliminate the possibility of someone or something getting seriously hurt by an exploding glazed unit.
Can't say thanks loudly enough to Bradfords for their dilligence and efficiency

Found the website difficult to use and didn’t get any info about when my order would be in store. However when I called the Barnstaple store they were extremely helpful great customer service cannot click on location review for Barnstaple as it doesnt show

Excellent delivery driver
Excellent delivery driver. My driveway and drop-off location is a little difficult to negotiate. My driver dropped off 3 bulk bags of gravel with ease. I would highly recommend her.
