Excellent car buying experience. This was my daughters first car purchase and from the first communication with Ben it was just 100% service. Ben is a great guy and very helpful and knew everything about the car PLUS had all of the documentation at hand. He arranged the test drive we decided to buy. Everything thereafter was perfect, the paperwork, the financial transfer, the warranty information and Ben even collected me from Sheffield train station when i arranged to collect the car. 100% top guy and company. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great experience buying and part exchanging our car with Ben. We bought the car blind so was apprehensive (especially as we live 250 miles away!) but when we collected the car at the weekend we were pleased. I can’t recommend Ben from Bradley’s car ltd enough! From the minute I enquired about the car I was interested in he was nothing but polite and helpful, from letting me and relatives test drive the car to helping me fill out all the relevant documents I needed to to get me back on the road and answer any questions we had. The customer service and care was brilliant, after having a minor hiccup with a broken wing mirror glass when I arrived to pick up my car, Ben was straight on the phone to find me a replacement before I could drive home which was amazing!

Ben was very friendly, honest and helpful throughout the transaction. He explained the history of the car and was very open about any defects. He then had a full check done at a garage including regassing the aircon and replacing the windscreen. I have just taken possession of the car and it is super clean in and out. It drives very well. I would recommend Ben and certainly go back to him for future purchases.

Fantastic buying experience. Car was exactly as described, deposit taken and test drove without issue. Ben is a genuine bloke, even filled the tank and fully charged the battery (hybrid) so we didn’t have to stop on the way home. Also sorted out temporary insurance cover when my provider refused to cover an EV.
