I ordered a brake for a ski binding and they got back to me to make sure I was getting the correct one as there were incompatibilities between different versions of the binding. It turned out the one I purchased was incompatible, so they issued a refund before deispatching the item and recommended a different store which stocked the correct one. Excellent service which saved me extra effort and confusion down the line. Thank you!

Recently purchased an item from Braemar as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the courier company thought a safe spot to deliver it to was under a car on a driveway neither myself or any of my neighbours recognised. I contacted DPD who advised to speak to Braemar, who could not have been more helpful. A replacement wa sent out, and I was amazed when it turned up still in time for Christmas Day. Highly recommend and would use again.

Braemar Mountain Sports doesn't understand Apple Pay. It's a convenient one-tap, secure payment system but, after selecting Apple Pay, Braemar requires the buyer to enter names, addresses, telephone numbers etc., in spite of the fact that this is all completely unnecessary because they get all the data they need from Apple Pay. If I could have found the product elsewhere I'd have bought it irrespective of the price because a shop which doesn't understand how Apple Pay works probably doesn't understand a lot of other stuff, like security and privacy. I won't buy from them again.

Good conversation by telephone with staff member who knew exactly what they were talking about lead to purchase of Nordic backcountry skis and skins which met my requirements and which were delivered to my home address within 3 days.

Yesterday afternoon I visited this store for the first time and came away having had a great experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist with any questions. Neil in particular was very knowledgeable and had great expertise with everything, thank you! I've never written a review before, however, after such a great experience I felt compelled to for this store. I couldnt recommend this place more to anyone, it was remarkable! I'd gladly do another 300 mile round trip to go again and look forward to enjoying my new atomic cross country skies😊

I was intent on ordering an outdoor jacket but was concerned that I might not receive it in time before going on holiday. I contacted the company and spoke to Ian at their Braemar shop who stated that if I put the order through he would deal with the matter personally and ensure that it got posted that day by First Class post. He was very obviously true to his word because I duly received said jacket 24 hours later. Great service and obviously, it is always good to talk - it personalises everything somewhat!

Great service and support. Bought telemark spares and they managed to source parts for my wife's ski mountaineering bindings. They were extremely helpful and went well beyond the norm.

They only sent the item when chased. Then dhl allegedly made an attempt at delivery, but somewhere else (they got london right, though, so kudos). Zero communication from dhl and breamer, and then they allegedly delivered to two addresses at once, neither mine
