Don’t call it a free IQ test if you’re going to charge for results. I understand you need to make something but you should add that upfront

I didn't have to pay a fortune, or wait too long after payment for my results. The test was pleasantly challenging.

Thanks for sharing your result! Scores like 135 can feel surprising, but our assessments are scored against a standardized reference population, so a high percentile outcome is entirely possible depending on how you performed across the different cognitive tasks. If you have any questions about how your score was calculated, feel free to reach out to us at support@brainwiki.com.

Thanks for the kind words on the experience being easy! That said, we want to make sure we get to the bottom of where you saw it advertised as free so we can look into that properly. Could you let us know where you noticed that mention? You're also welcome to reach out to us at support@efaq.com and we'll get it sorted.

Hi there,
I'm sorry to read this, and I want to understand what happened. A review this strong tells me something went genuinely wrong for you, and I'd like the chance to look into it personally.
I wasn't able to find your account from the Trustpilot review alone, and I've already requested your details from Trustpilot to help track it down. In the meantime, if you could email us at support@brainwiki.com with the address you used when you signed up, I can get straight to the bottom of this for you.

Total scam
Total scam. They’ll charge you a $25 subscription fee without making it clear or even setting up an account after paying $1 for an IQ test. I made a Trustpilot account just to tell others to avoid Brainwiki at all costs.

Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear you were charged in a way that felt unclear or unexpected. A $25 charge that wasn't properly explained before you committed to it is a legitimate concern, and I don't want to brush past that. I'd genuinely like to look into what happened with your account and make sure this gets sorted out for you. Could you email us at support@brainwiki.com with the email address you used when you signed up? I've also requested your details from Trustpilot so we can try to locate your account from our end. Once I can find you in the system, I'll look into this personally and quickly. - Alex, Customer Experience Manager, BrainWiki

They subscribe w/o consent or emails.
They make you think you are buying test analysis for $1 but they secretly start charging you a $24.99 monthly subscription. No emails, no account, just a charge that if you are lucky will notice in your bank statement. Dispute the unauthorized subscription with the bank and they should refund you, then what happened to me was brainwiki will send an email (the first one they ever sent) confirming refund and cancellation with a “sorry to see you go” message. It is a scam and they just return the money to those that dispute via the bank.

I went on brain wiki to do a one dollar IQ test and they have been charging my bank $25 every month that I never consented too. If you go on the website you will be charged. I should have read reviews before I went on. It’s just hard to believe that a company could be so deceptive.
