I use the focus pills (medium level price), and the effect is immediate. I decided to keep it as a daily routine. Before, I used to take them randomly. It still worked, but it’s so good that why not have a sharp brain every day? Plus, I feel more energy, too.

It helps me to keep my brain clear. I have stressful days at work, so for those busy days, I take the elite one, which helps to manage anxiety too. It’s a game-changer.

I have used brainzyme for a few years and I find it really helpful, they use gimmicks which can be frustrating, they keep telling you that you've reached a crystal level and you can have a discount or occasionally they will send a free pack, which is useless because if you use a set amount each day the extra pack is surplus. I would rather have a reduced price than constant gimmicks. I have muscular dystrophy and the capsules helped me alot. Also I used to give my neice who is 40, a packet each month, she said it stopped her getting headachesand helped her concentration.
But this is how they get 1 star, there customer service skills are terrible, I paid my usual subscription of £56.86, this maybe a month when I get 5% off for being a crystal because I normally pay £66 per month, anyway only 2 packets arrived instead of 6, although they arrived on the 23rd July, I didn't try to open them until the 30th July 25, this is when I noticed damage to the envelope and the sellotape they put over the seal was under the seal and it only contain 2 packs. I took 3 photos one of each issue, damage, sellotape and contents, I sent these to brainzeme and received a email and a phone call, then it becomes strange, almost like I'm being treated by 2 different people. I was informed they had received the photos but then on the 5th Aug I got an email asking for the same photos, I replied you have the photos, then on the 8th I got another email asking for the same photos. I replied you have the photos but please cancel my subscription. I felt very disappointed with the customer service I was receiving especially as I was a long standing customer. My subscription was automatically cancelled and as of today I have paid £56.36 for just 2 packets of brainzyme focus. Product 5 star. Customer service 1 star.
I have received an email to update my review, I received the products I paid for, which I don't feel was a big deal as I had paid for them and I feel it was there packing team at fault, they sent me a free pack but as I have found another company, this has little use.
Also bizarrely I received an email asking if I had moved house and could I confirm my address, this seems very strange considering how long I have been a customer, why would I move in a 2 week period and not tell them, also isn't it standard to use royal mail redirect. So had I missed them off my "I've moved contacts" I'm sure royal mail would have found me.

Effects feel very natural, helps me feel motivated or calm and positive throughout the day.

I have used focus for many years, no other product I have tried compares for relieving brainfog & increasing energy. It does what it says helps me to FOCUS with no jitters or crash.
Customer service has always been great & super quick dispatch.

Après trois semaines j’ai constaté que cela ne fonctionnait pas SUR MOI. Ayant un trouble bipolaire avec traitement renseignez vous , je pense même que cela stimulait parfois (très rarement ) ma nervosité et non pas l’énergie. Et plus souvent ça ne faisait vraiment rien du tout.

SERVICE APRÈS VENTE PARFAIT : j’ai pu renvoyer mes boites dont une seule était entamée et remboursée intégralement sans chipoter.
Je recommande car ça ne coute rien d’essayer grâce à ce SAV et avec le trouble bipolaire je ne peux juger si ça fonctionne. Sur une personne sans soucis de santé neuro psy, alors essayez, si ca va pas c est remboursé.

As I am getting on in years rhe memory is not as sharp as I would like. I found brainzime online and have been pleasantly surprised. Better recollection on a day to day basis but for me I am more controlled and not as irritable
