Brake rotors fit as they should. Front brake pads were correct. Rear pads were incorrect. Need to return rear pads hopefully for a refund for the incorrect pads

Ordered slotted rotors
Update. I ordered slotted rotors, fit was on target but the slots were a little disapointing I normally use Z STOP. The web site made it seem like they made them right there. I bashed the brake pads for not being the right size. I made a mistake and didn't realize the fronts and rears are different sizes. After I dug through the box I found they had sent the correct ones. My apologies to Brake Performance. They sent me what I ordered.

We understand your concerns regarding both the rotor design and the brake pads. The slot pattern can vary slightly by manufacturer, but it should still perform as intended. As for the pads, they should absolutely fit properly, so it’s concerning to hear they did not. In some cases, fitment issues can occur due to vehicle trim differences or order selection, and we’re always happy to help verify compatibility before or after purchase.
Regarding manufacturing, we work with multiple suppliers globally, and all of our products—regardless of origin—are required to meet strict quality and performance standards.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and make things right. Please reach out to our support team with your order details so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.
