Brake rotors fit as they should. Front brake pads were correct. Rear pads were incorrect. Need to return rear pads hopefully for a refund for the incorrect pads

I had a question concerning when my order was scheduled to ship, the lady that answered my quarrey was quick to respond with complete information and, that put me at ease because I didn't know anything about the company and I was nervous about the customer service aspect of my purchase but getting a quick and thorough response to my question was a relief, I just recently had my parts installed and so far I have no complaints 👍

I purchased a pair of rear drilled and…
I purchased a pair of rear drilled and slotted rotors and installed them very carefully and they are making noise. So took them off and reinstalled 3 times even when and purchased new pads and clips, Still making noise! So reinstalled the old rotors and the noise is gone. Now I'm stuck with the rotors because they have been on the car and your return policy will not take used parts back.

Brake noise can be influenced by several factors beyond the rotor itself, including pad compound, bedding procedure, hardware condition, caliper movement, and even vehicle-specific tolerances. Drilled and slotted rotors in particular can sometimes produce additional noise depending on pad compatibility and installation conditions, even when installed carefully.
Our return policy does not allow used brake components to be returned for safety and quality-control reasons, which we understand is disappointing in situations like this. That said, we don’t want to leave you feeling stuck or unheard.
If you’re willing, we’d like to review your setup in more detail—pad brand, vehicle year/model, and bedding process—to see if there’s a solution we can offer or guidance that may help resolve the issue. Please reach out to our support team directly with your order number so we can assist further.

Rotors and pads were very high quality…
Rotors and pads were very high quality and technician installing them said they fit perfectly. Followed break in procedures and no squeaking with great initial bite.
Saved $2,100 having qualified independent shop install these high quality rotors and ceramic pads compared to what I was quoted by local Audi dealer. I will buy again when another of my cars needs new rotors and pads.

Sent me two left side rotors for the front. Have tried getting in contact with them to swap out for the correct rotor to no avail . Seems money hungry terrible business just go with another company for the 20$ difference save the hassle .

Slots were shallower than previous…
Slots were shallower than previous purchases from other brands. Paid extra for black based on the description online and didn’t need to since it all came off immediately anyway. Was expecting the slots to stay black but they did not. Lesson learned. Brakes and rotors perform well but for the price I was expecting a bit more performance wise.
Adding to the review after response: ‘As for the black coating, it’s designed primarily for corrosion protection during shipping and initial use.’
So we know we have a description issue for the product based on the review response and that we have upcharged the customer for a coating that lasts until the brake is pressed. Got it!! I wasn’t aware cardboard box corrosion during shipping was such an issue but I appreciate you clarifying.

The delivery was prompt the rotors and pads look good.however I was disappointed to see the rotors were made in China. That leaves me with concerns regarding quality.Living in Pennsylvania my corvette probably won’t leave the garage for some time.Will have to wait and see how it performs
