Brake rotors fit as they should. Front brake pads were correct. Rear pads were incorrect. Need to return rear pads hopefully for a refund for the incorrect pads

What can I say about brake performance? They had the parts I wanted plus a little bit of a better product. I misunderstood the time it would take to get me my parts and reached out to them to discuss the matter and I wasn't pleased at all. Long story short, they made it right by giving me a discount. And we're on the spot communication back and forth with me. Trying to help me resolve my issue on my end which was me misunderstanding a particular part. It had to be sent out first. Needless to say, I'm happy with them and their products and I will be purchasing more brake parts and components in the future and I recommend brake performance to everybody who's needing a good top of the line brake parts and components. And thank you Tony for helping me through my situation.

So far so good, fitment was great and looks and feels like quality products, time will tell. Communication was good. I order drilled and slotted but that reached out to inform me their cnc bit wasn't long enough to drill the rear rotors on my 06 f250. I found it odd but instead went with dimples, they claim their stronger and perform equally. They got them done up and shipped out quickly, very well packaged. Will most likely be my go to for brake part in the future over auto parts store junk in the future.

My Audi service department informed me that I needed new brakes and rotors, at a ridiculous cost. I found my complete set that was better quality and at a 70% savings, including the cost to have the parts installed by a licensed mobile mechanic, love my new brakes!

Squeak
Bought full rotor and pad kit. Did the proper break in procedure and the pads would not stop squeaking. They sent a new set of pads claiming it could have been a bad batch. Replaced and did the break in procedure and they were quite for about a week and are now squeaking again. Asked for a refund and was denied as they said it must be other components in the brake system.. not sure what more I could replace and it is a fairly new truck with 38k on it.

When you contacted us about brake noise, we immediately sent replacement sets of pads at no cost, not once but twice despite the original set being installed and used. Brake squeal can be influenced by many factors beyond pads and rotors alone, including caliper hardware, shims, lubrication, hub surface condition, and brake system tolerances — even on newer vehicles with lower mileage.
After multiple replacement attempts with the same result, our technical team advised that the noise was likely being caused by another component in the braking system rather than the pads themselves. At that point, a refund was not possible because the parts had been installed, used, and replaced multiple times well beyond standard return policy.
We understand how frustrating brake noise can be and truly regret that this did not resolve the issue. We stand by the quality of our products and our commitment to customer support, which is reflected in our 20+ years in business and long-standing customer satisfaction.
