my custom store is looking neat, ordered it on April 21st and got it delivered by the 24th, right on time. Plethora of products imported as well as bunch of free guides on how to optimize my sales through ads, including fb and ig.

I am not sure why people are complaining about Brandafy, they have done my store faster than I expected and quality is better than most paid (more expensive templates). Not to mention the fact they import products too.

Bought a store for the $17 promo. Not getting any profits from the store and I emailed for my 90 days money back guarantee. That was over 3 weeks ago and no one is reaching back to me even after 2-3 more addition email, even causing me to lose an additional $35 (which I find weird because the Shopify subscriptionis to be for $25). Was constantly getting emailed from another person/system and after I reach out to that, ceased to get email from there too. I don't trust this website at all. I lost in total $17+$3+$35=$55 for 0% gain. I don't know what those 5 stars are for, don't trust those either but that's that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLATFORM. Regarding the reply for Brandafy below, as anyone can see above, I was not complaining about helping with any marketing. Please take your copy and paste reply somewhere else if y'all not gonna refund as you guys claimed you'd do.

Brandafy have created custom ecommerce store for my business. The overall process was simple yet effective. I was guided most of the time through Email and delivery time was met as per agreement. Recommended for ecommerce shops!

Exceptional customer service, delivery time was less than 3 days for a completely custom store. Products were imported and sorted out nicely, my store is ready to go live!

Well, I paid for the store, and they just imported the products, that's all. No front page, no menu, no product description, they just imported the products and refused to refund me.

I have opened a case with interpol, even the amount is very small, I don't want other people to get scammed. Interpol said they have already 2 such cases. My bank is also working on it.

Be careful! Big scam! Once you've paid, that's it, you're going to talk to a customer service that'll tell you anything to save time, and then they'll answer no more and no refund.

Brandafy is top-notch company when it comes to turnkey stores. I have well over 10 stores ordered in the past year and each one of them was better than the previous one. I can only recommend this to anyone looking to jump into ecommerce train.
