The staff member was very curtous and polite and went out of his way to assist me with a request for a Calor Gas bottle and ensured that the bottle was available for me.

Absolutely spot on all around and I rarely say that about anything out there
Went out their way to help me and nothing was an issue at all , had machine that went bad they replaced within hour cannot fault it at all

Huge difference in prices between online and in the store. Much much much cheaper to book online. Online prices not available in store...!? The guy in the store was really helpfull and friendly.
Confusion over 'off hire' and 'collection' dates - pretty rude on phone when I questioned it.
Collected it without even knocking the door, or ringing the bell.. good job we have CCTV.
I would use them again, certainly. But I am much more aware of how they operate now.

I made a booking and received confirmation email. On the morning of delivery was told the item was unavailable as all were out on hire - why was my booking taken if it could not be fulfilled!? The operator asked if I would like a refund - of course I said yes. 2 weeks later nothing had come through so I called central - the depot had not told them about the refund! FFS sort out your business processes and internal communication - will not use brandon again

Dehumidifier ordered online collection was prompt and return was efficient. Just annoyed had to pay extra for cable with a plug on. To plug in dehumidifier.

Customer service was poor.
Rented a whacker plate, pull cord damaged and was unable to use item. Liaised with branch on return and advised to contact customer services. Customer services referred back to branch, no response received.

Easy to order online, staff informative about the equipment and showed me in an uncomplicated way how to use it. Staff were very helpful with suggesting which sanding sheets/pads would be needed and explained any unused extras could be refunded on return!

Fantastic team in the Brandon tool hire branch of Newport Road Cardiff. Very efficient, the sanding machines and paperwork was ready for my arrival and they were very helpful and showed me how to use the machine. I came back to the shop twice more and they talk me through the process of sanding 150 year old house. Thank you so much 🙏

To say the service was appalling is an understatement, the only reason the service gets one star is for the one customer service agent and the collection delivery driver who at least apologised. The rest of the experience consisted of me making multiple phone calls to the branch and head office asking for the items to be collected and chasing compensation for the costs I incurred and their incompetence.

I booked two beam lifts to be delivered am which didn't turn up until 4pmwhich led to me wasting a day's work. This cost me double the rental amount, which I asked for compensation to be given.

After several phone calls, it took several days for collection and over a month and 15 phone calls for compensation to be given which didn't cover a third of the costs for the day I lost.

To say that they are professional is laughable and I would not recommend for anyone who wants their item to be delivered on time and get professional customer service use the company.

Machine was good did what I needed only problem was shop they told me to pick it up from never had one so was phoned on the morning to get it from a different shop but was happy with the machine

Great service. We had a query about what was delivered and the issue was rectified immediately. Turned up on time and on the day specified. Competitive price and excellent service and helpful staff.

Great to deal with and friendly helpful service.
