I haired a board lifter
I haired a board lifter. Item arrived earlier than expected. In T&C's it said driver would explain how to use. Hew did not know how to use it. The instructions that came with it were for a different model of lifter and were no help at all. It should have been picked up am Monday morning, but no one turned up. I had to contact the office and arrange for the next day.
Other than that it was a reasonably easy hire

Hire date bumped
Ordered Tower weeks in advance, helpful advice on phone. Then Friday before Monday pick up told tower unavailable due to hire being extended, it would be available Wednesday.
This put my own 1 week job slot in jeopardy.
I guess regular bigger customers get priority, I understand this. Others should know that this can happen. So if you have a weeks hire maybe give yourself 2 weeks just in case your hire is bumped....hired elsewhere for the Tuesday start.

Great tool hire company
Great tool hire company. Decent prices. The only thing that was a bit weird was the chaotic collection times, some of the things stayed with the customer for over a week, which they were not happy about. But oh well, definitely recommend them & will continue to use their tool hire services.
