The same delivery experience I get with no signature required. To me it’s a ripoff. Extra money for an invisible product I have to do and I’m not getting my money’s worth it’s the same deal

I purchased two 4 packs of juul pods
I purchased two 4 packs of juul pods. Once I received them both packages were faulty and leaking. I emailed them with pictures and was told they are currently out of them and will send more when they get more, with no timeframe of when that might be. Total rip will never order anything here again

I have been ordering from Breazy for years. Their prices are almost always less than other sites. What has always impressed me is how fast your packages get to you. My last order showed it was accepted at a USPS in Vista,California on 6/15. I live in Tampa FL (complete other side of the country) and it was in my mailbox on 6/17.

Never got what I ordered
Never got what I ordered. Customer service takes their sweet time to even send a response after numerous tickets and emails I sent them, still don't have what I ordered and they say they have no record of what I ordered. I feel scammed and betrayed and will make a dispute with my bank if nothing is resolved.

I placed an order and immediately…
I placed an order and immediately realized I made a mistake. I contacted the company via email and chat. No response. Contacted the company again via email and chat. No response. Received shipping confirmation about 6 hours later for the order that I needed to change. Received an email from the company in response to my email the following day reporting there is nothing than can be done because the order shipped already. So I’m stuck paying for something I didn’t want. There is no phone number on the website so the only way to communicate is via email but obviously emails are not checked often. I tried to cancel the order on the website but was unable to do that either. Not happy with this purchase at all.

Finally found flavored juice!
Literally the only website that ships to my state. So far I've placed the order, I guess I'll see if I receive it. Pretty pleased with the whole process thus far.
