Its very easy to shop online

​I was suddenly charged $122.87 for an order (#993976) that I did not authorize. I reached out to customer support immediately just a few minutes after they charged me to cancel the transaction and request a refund before the items shipped.
​A representative named Kevin responded, claiming I had missed the fine print and opted into a recurring "Subscribe & Save" plan. Despite catching the charge right away, Brickell completely refused to cancel the order using the excuse that it was already sent to the warehouse for "speedy delivery."
​Instead of simply stopping the unauthorized charge and voiding the shipment, they are forcing me to wait for an unwanted package to arrive so I can go through a tedious return process just to get my own money back. Their checkout process is highly misleading if it locks you into expensive recurring shipments without clear consent, and their refusal to offer a basic cancellation window for disputed charges is unacceptable. Be very careful placing orders with this company because will get charge without authorizing anything

They are scammers
Their products are bad and useless and their customer service and return policy are the worst!
There are much better quality products out there with professional customer service.

Have had an amazing experience so far with Brickell Men's products from their moisturizing and cleansing products to the face mask and overall men's self-care choices.
Its just been a great overall experience.

Highly deceptive marketing and customer service scheme. Had no idea I was signing up for a "subscription" -- don't even like the product now that I've tried it and don't want another one. BUT -- there's literally NOWHERE on this site to cancel your "subscription" you didn't sign up for. It's just an endless feedback loop of "Before You Go" S#!T. SO. DONE.

Brickell has great products. With the sale I just restocked my invigorating body wash. Love the great smell of the mint. I like that they use natural ingredients that work. I have dry skin and this feels good without leavening a lotion feel to my skin.

Your website is miserable to try and navigate. Huge waste of time when trying to find a specific product.

Product was inferior to other products and customer service has no phone number. Auto-subscription service is their practice which should be voluntary.

Did not sign up for a subscription. Shipped the same products that I just bought 30 days ago. Like the products just do not like how Brickell does business. Customer service is no help.

Really love the quality of these products. In the research I did prior to purchase, Brickell uses very high quality, natural, and when possible, organic ingredients. I have seen positive results from the face products and the hair clay works very well creating a natural looking hold. I would recommend any of these products to the guys out there looking to improve their skin care routine.

I have never left a review for anything before. I have used quite a few of the Brickell products and none of them disappoint. The face wash leaves me feeling clean and refreshed. The eye cream does help with the bags under my eyes. They arrive when they say they will be there. Overall, great experience

Their products are a little pricey, but it gets the job done with consistency for results that fits into your wondering.

Delivery was quick and the sampler of 16 has a good variety. I found a few products that I really like and will likely get a full size of them to add to my routine. Thanks for the sampler kit!

Brickell makes great skin care products for men. I have sensitive skin as well as skin allergies, so it's hard for me to find products that don't irritate my skin. I started a multi step night routine with Brickell. No irritation and noticeably younger looking skin.

I have used several Brickell products over the past several months - purifying charcoal face wash, renewing face scrub and shampoo. I have been very pleased with all of them. They have a pleasant but not overpowering smell. Most surprising was how long they last since you only have to use a small amount of the product. I am still using the same 8oz container of charcoal face wash that I received on May 16, and I use it every day. I have not used any of the other products yet such as the lotions and creams, but plan on giving them a try.
