As a much older adult male I wanted to make my appearance look less tired and worn out. I began by purchasing Brickell Face Scrub. The scent and the aggressive nature of the scrub won me over from day one.
I eventually went directly to their website to place a small order. In addition to my order I received a sample pack of products.
In less than one month my skin looks and feels fresh and healthy. I no longer have dull and ashy looking skin.
I like the way I look now. Sure,I’m an old dude but I look put together and project confidence.
I’m putting together a list for my next purchase. I suggest to anyone to buy directly from Brickell.
My new rule and advice to people who have mentioned the change in my appearance is this. Do not buy your skin care products at the same place you buy motor oil,groceries,and lawn furniture

Very difficult to contact anybody in their customer service. I received a coupon for 50% off when I went to place the order it would not go through and it was difficult to finally reach someone; however,After contacting them by email they sent me a special code and we’re very good about working with me. I still wish they had personal contact; but, in today’s world everything is done, unfortunately, through email and there are delays. They did redeem themselves. Their products are very good. I just wish it was a little easier to deal with them. I change my review from one star to 4 stars.

I purchased a couple of products from this company to try them out. They are nothing out of this world, and their eye cream ended up burning the skin around my eyes.

I then received an email from them telling me they tried to charge my credit card for a card that had been cancelled because they arbitrarily put me on a subscription program for the same crappy products I had purchased not even a month before. I didn't sign up for an automated subscription. If I had known this in advance, I would not have even bothered ordering.

Their marketing tactic is deceitful; they come across as desperate rather than thoughtful and caring. Be careful before ordering anything from this company.

Well u have good clean ingredients in your products and they are all good, but they are overpriced....too expensive....no way a normal person could afford this stuff

I just recently made the switch from Origins products to Brickell and I must say I'm very happy I did that. Origins worked well but they always irritated my eyes and sometimes my skin but I had no other options. Then I for the free Brickell sample box and I fell in love with the products immediately. They leave my skin free if shine/oils and feeling so smooth. They also have a great platinum membership that basically pays for itself. They have a ton of products for all your menscaping needs and I highly recommend them

Delivers the best products across the board. Staff is always helpful and friendly in the rare instance of something not being right. They always take care of the customer.

I am using their shampoo and conditioner. I find them both to be good quality, and like how they leave my hair. I am also using their body wash, it has a nice scent and is a very good moisturizer. All the products go far so you only need to use a little bit. Best of all they all use good ingredients and are Yuka approved.

My skin has definitely improved since using these products. They absorb nicely and keep my face moist. Very satisfied.

I love these products. They also have fantastic customer service and the VIP thing is cool.

I find myself going on-and-off a skin care routine, because I don't see a difference or I forget when/how to use the products. Brickell makes high quality products that are easy to use and understand, and I see a difference, so I keep with the program. Good stuff.

I really enjoy their products the free sample kit is amazing I just ordered the 6 in 1 gel moisturizer and the charcoal mask I’m very excited!

I have been a loyal customer of Brickell for several years. I have purchased many of their products including items such as eye cream, eye serum, retinol serum retinol cream and so on. Each product has performed exactly as described. I appreciate that their products have a more limited ingredient list, as what we place on our face should be an important consideration in the products we purchase. My items have always arrived packaged well and delivered with prompt delivery service.

Terrible customer service they would not allow refund and cancellation when it hasnt been a day since i bought oaid 20$ for shipping not going to get that back for a service i did NOT SUBSCIRBE TO don’t be scammed

Great product selection, priced appropriately. Love the eye restore cream and facial moisturizer. Waiting for my body wash and expect it to be of high quality like the other products I've tried. I haven't tried one product that didn't do as described. The intro kit was a great deal and absolutely genius marketing- you've yourself a new loyal customer. All natural to boot?!

A bad company that won't cancel the order.

Yes, I really like these products a lot. I have noticed a difference in my skin; I've been using them for a month. It's fun to finally care about and invest in my skin. My favorite product is the Revitalizing Anti-Aging Cream. It smooths and moisturizes but isn't oily or heavy.
